CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 132/13 dated 21/05/13 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Fajal Deen S/O Sh. Balia Ram R/O Vill. Bhadhiar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaght Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/05/13 Basi Khan R/O Bhadhiar  beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Pal Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 131/13 dated 21/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Mansa Devi W/O Sh. Devi Chand R/O Ward No. 4 PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/05/13 she was crossing the road nearby bus stand Sarkaghat, in the mean time a HRTC Bus (HP28-3203) hit her and she sustained injuries. SI Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 56/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh S/O Sh. Jethu Ram R/O Vill. Johad PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going from Janjehali to Karsog by his car No. (HP30-0313) which was driven by Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Hukam Ram R/O Vill. Bhuthi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) and when said car reached near Hadimi more, Bodh Raj hit to a bicycle rider namely Tanu Kumar S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Kathru PO Sanglbara due to rash and negligent driving by him. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O.of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 108/13 dated 22/05/2013 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Vill. Khiyuri PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/05/13 nearby Khiyuri tunnel two bike riders obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 109/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Banoun PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mathura Devi, Krishni Devi, Meena Devi and Sapna Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 116/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 279,337,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Vill. Tharu PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) he has possessed a jeep (HP33B-0508) and today at about 7.30 AM when he reached at Khayali more near Kangu, a truck (HP64-2705) came from back side very rashly and negligently and hit to his jeep and his jeep fell down about 100 mtrs. down from the road and he along with his uncle sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 127/13 dated 21/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Pal Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Dharampur Bardana PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/05/13 he was coming from Dharampur to Mandi by his car and when he reached near Saklana, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP28B-0759) came from Kotli side very rashly and negligently and struck with his car and he sustained injuries. SI Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.      Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 21/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Naem S/O Sh. Bundu Khan H.No. A2-279 Madangeri Ambedkar Nagar New Delhi at present Painter Ram Hari Motors Private Ltd. Rani Ki Bain Mandi that on 21/05/13 an auto of blue colour came from Mandi side and hit his nephew and sped away from the spot. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9.      Case FIR No. 129/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sukhvinder Singh S/O Sh. Rachhpal Singh R/O Segali PO Panarsa Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was present at Kawari along with his family, in the mean time a bus (HP33B-7644) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit his daughter Gurprit Kaur. HC Anil Kumar I.O. of Highway Traffic is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

10. Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Jashvir Singh S/O Sh. Basant Lal R/O Vill. Ruhani PO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present driver with jeep (HP30-2293) that 21/05/13 at about 10.30 PM he parked his jeep at Churag and today at about 7 AM he did not found his jeep at the place of parking and he suspects that some unknown culprits stole away his above jeep. ASI Jhave Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

11.  77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8  challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
