 CASE OF MOLESTATION

1          Case FIR No.107/13 dated 08/05/13 U/S 354 (A) IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Ritika  W/O Sh. Kamlesh   R/O  Sandoh  P.O.Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 08/05/13 at about  8:15 PM when she was taking the water  from hand Pump near her house, in mean time  Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Dhanna Ram R/O  Sandoh came there and tried to outrage her modesty. SI Rattan Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS

2          Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 08/05/13  U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has  been registered in P.S.Aut on the  complaint of Sh.  Gian Chand  S/O Sh.  Sita Ram R/O Slal PO Swar Tehsil Anni  Distt. Kullu (H.P.)  at present in Excise Deptt.  Kullu  that on 8/05/13 when he  was going in the private Bus No. (HP66-1538) towards Anni  and bus reached near  Jogni Mata Temple, in mean time the driver of above said bus lost the control upon the Bus  due to rash driving  and Bus fell down in Biash  River  and 39 Person died on the spot and 18 sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of above said bus  . ASI Chaman  Lal I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case .

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

3          Case FIR No.114/13 dated 9/05/13  U/S 174(A) IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Nirmal Singh   No. 45  I/C of P.O. Cell that  he  arrested  to Sita  Ram S/O Sh. Kali  Dass R/O  Majhwar who was wanted  U/S 138 of N.I.  Act  and he was declared P.O. by the Ld Court  C.J.M. Mandi   on  21/1/13 .  HC Nirmal Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 9/05/13  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  on the complaint of Smt.  Seema Devi W/O Sh.  Sandeep Kumar  R/O  Mathaniual P.O. Tandu   Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on  8/05/13  at about 5:30 PM when her children were paling outside  from the house, in mean time  HansRaj S/O Sh. Jai Singh  Resident of the same locality came there and obstructed  her child  Sameer and  beat him and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No.  101  dated 08/05/13  U/S 323, 341, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Kaushalya Devi W/O Sh.  Duni Chand  R/O Manjhyali P.O. Reur  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 08/05/13  at about 3:15 PM  when she was going to  Majhyali Bazzar , in mean time  Devi  Chand came there along with  his servant and obstructed her also beat her . HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of P.P. Rewalsar   is investigating the case.  

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT                                     

6          Case  FIR No.   102/13  dated 9/05/13  U/S  457, 380 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Mast Ram  S/O Sh.  Prem Lal  R/O khaili  P.O. Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  at present residing  as a paying guest  of Lalman R/O Naura P.O. Bhangarotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 8/05/13  some unknown culprits   stole away the   mobile phone ,  Travelling  bag along with  the clothes. Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 11500-/- HC Kewal  Singh No. 20  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.     

CASE OF BURG LARY AND THEFT                                    

7          Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Munshi Ram village and PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that  during the intervening night of 08/09-05-13 some unknown persons stolen away golden jewelry by  breaking the lock  of his house . Total value of the  stolen property is  Rs 2, 17,000/- . HC Balam Ram No 542 I/O P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

8          Case FIR No 123/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Chattar Singh S/O Sh Tulsi Ram village Behna PO Hari Behna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that he was on night duty at HRTC workshop Barchhwar. On  09/05/13 at about 5AM he saw  that  Rajender Kumar was carrying iron old PATTA's and front tyre drum of buses.HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O  of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9          77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,950 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
