CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.       Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 12/05/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Narpat Ram No. 866 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he laid a nakka at Shilli Larji along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 200 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Nirat Ram S/O Sh. Man Dass R/O Lapah PO Madana Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT

2.       Case FIR No. 119/13 dated 11/05/13 U/S 67 of I.T. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Omkar Singh Chug S/O SH. Gurbaksh R/O Ramnagar Mandi that some unknown person had made a fake facebook account and he is using it since last 2 months. Inspr. Prakash Chand SHO P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF SUICIDE

3.       Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 12/05/13 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Timber Singh S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Jhamach PO Thana Shiva Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 11/05/13 Hem Raj committed suicide due to torture by Tara Chand and Tuna Singh. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.       Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 11/05/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Karanti Swaroop S/O Sh. Ram Swaroop Sharma C/O Nirmla Off Set Printers, ITI Road Jogindenagar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/05/13 he was going from Mandi to Jogindernagar by his car (HP65-1578) and when he reached near Ghatasani, an Alto car (HP01M-0358) came from Jogindernagar side very rashly & negligently and hit his car. HC Raj Kumar No 49 I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.       Case FIR No. 60/13 dated 11/05/13  U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Vill. Khanyol PO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/05/13 that at Chhoa Nalla a maruti car (HP30-20611110 fell down from the road and in this mishap a lady died on the spot and other two persons sustained injuries. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6.       Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 12/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Sh. Parma RamR/O Vill. Tikkri PO Mandal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown persons beat up his son Virnder @ Sunku who was referred for treatment from Z.H. Mandi to PGI. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7.       50 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
