CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR NO. 40/13 dated 13/0513 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vidya Sagar Presently Principle of G.S.S.S. Khani Sub Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that during the intervening night of 10-11/05/13 some unknown culprits stole away the three computers along with accessories by breaking the lock of the door of the school . Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 56,420 -/- HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY, THEFT AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 111/13 dated 14/05/13 U/S 457, 380, 323, 511 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Sharma S/O Sh. Suresh Sharma R/O Chhater P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that during the intervening night of 13-14 /05/13 at about 2AM some unknown culprits tried to stolen the property by breaking the lock of the door but due to alertness of the complainant all the person run away from the spot and nothing found stolen but he sustained injuries . SI Madan Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 14/05/13 U/S 279, 337, 338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bihari Lal S/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 14/05/13 when he was present at Sidhyani road , in mean time a Tractor which was driven by Roop Lal S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Bag P.O. Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi came rashly and fell down from the road . ASI Shushil Kumar I/C of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
