CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Arora S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Tarna Road Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/13 he along with his cousin Ankush Arora S/O Sh. Joginder Paul R/O Tarna Road Mandi were coming from  Banjar to Mandi by M/Cycle (HP49-0696) and when they reached near  Bhurah Bhayali temple, Ankush Kumar   riding the above M/Cycle could not control the M/Cycle and M/Cycle fell down on the road and he sustained injuries and Ankush Kumar died on the spot. HC Narpart Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that on 31/05/13 he was on patrolling along with other police official at Kuthah fair and during the course of patrolling he found that Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Chander Mani R/O Vill. Tungadhar PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi had laid the tables and chairs in front of his shop s causing obstruction to the general public. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that on 31/05/13 he was on patrolling along with other police official at Kuthah fair and during the course of patrolling he found that Dhan Dev S/O Tula Ram Vill. Tungadhar PO. Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi had laid the tables and chairs in front of his shop causing obstruction to the general public. Bakhlwar PO. Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi had laid the tables and chairs in front of his shop causing obstruction to the general public. Kudwad PO. Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi had laid the tables and chairs in front of his shop causing obstruction to the general public. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7.      Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 31/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Krishan S/O Sh. Netar Sngh R/O Vill. Syan PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/13 he was coming to his home along with his friends and on the way Manu and his friends obstructed their way and beat up them. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Brahal PO Badsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/13 Chint Ram and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

9.      Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh. Bhajnu Ram R/O Vill. Rinj PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/13 Chaman Lal beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND MISCHIEF

10.  Case FIR No. 121/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 285,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narpat Ram S/O Sh. Tulshi Ram R/O Shaut PO Seri Kothi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/05/13 his cousin Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Sali Gram R/O Shount PO Seri Kothi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi and his wife Shanta Devi put their fields on fire and some time late fire spread on his fields and brunt the  60 quintal   dumped compost (dung). HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11.  Case FIR No. 74/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 279,337,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by Sohan Lal Incharge Traffic that an accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of vehicle (HP30A-0496) in which a person died on the spot. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

12.  Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Yash Pal R/O Vill. Shanan PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/13 Puran Chand S/O Sh. Ghangru Ram R/O Vill. Shanan PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) and his wife Reena Devi entered in his courtyard and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

13.  Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Vikram Ram R/O VPO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 8 AM on the way Arjun Singh S/O Sh. Ghunghar Ram and his wife Lachhmi Devi, Mitter Pal and Sunder Singh obstructed the way of the complainant and his wife and beat him up.  HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

14. 77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,950 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
