CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 66/12 dated 03/06/13 U/S 452,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Jitendra Kumari W/O Late Sh. Yoginder Kumar R/O Vill. Pathan PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/06/13 her moher-in-law Khimi Devi, brother -in-law Chiter Singh and sister-in-law Shobha Devi entered in her room and beat her up. HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO A PROCLAMATION

2. Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 02/06/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that Kashmira Singh S/O Sh. Gurmail Singh R/O Vill. Charnia (Kiratpur) PO Basoula Tehsil Kalka Distt. Panchkular (Haryana) was arrested on 02/06/13 at 11.15 AM from Charina who was wanted in case FIR No. 340/02 dated 06/10/2002 U/S 279 IPC and declared proclaimed offender on 27/03/2012 by the Ld. Court of JMIC Court No.I Sundernagar. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 03/06/13 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhupnder Singh Rawat S/O Sh. Karam Singh Rawat R/O VPO Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he parked his car (HP28-0277) in front of Himachal Gramin Bank Branch Bhojpur and when he came back after depositing cash in the bank, he found that cash of worth Rs. 50,000/-, check books of SBI, Himachal Gramin Bank and HDPC and death claim check of LIC were stolen away by some unknown culprits. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

4.    38 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
