CRIME REPORT 28 JUNE

PAINTING AND EASY WRITING COMPETITION

1.      On the eve of International Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking Day, today a painting completion and an easy  writing competition was organized  in P.L. Mandi among the students of various schools. In painting completion Rajat of K.V. Mandi secured 1st t position, Shveta Thakur of K.V. Mandi secured 2nd position and  Aashuta Thakur of DAV (C.P.S.)  secured 3rd position. In easy writing competition Nitin Thakur of Phoenix secured  1st position, Priya Rani of KV Mandi secured 2nd position and Kaustav of Phoenix secured 3rd position.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, CHEATING AND FORGERY

2.      Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 28/06/13 U/S 406,420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Rasila Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Balakrupi PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that as per advertisement published in Punjab Kesari on 03/09/2012 for job, he applied for the post of the Civil Engineer on 12/09/2012 on the prescribed form of the Company i.e. M/S Trupati Balaji Finacial & Placement Solutions, Chandigarh Sector 34 A SCO 360-361 (2nd Floor).  After applying for the post, representative of company concerned directed him to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,25,000/- as bond service security for the period of one year and he will get salary of Rs. 70,000/- per month is being appointed as Regional Head. Thereafter they again directed through mobile No. 07837756982 & 07837118206 to him to deposit Rs. 70,000/- as one month bond salary which was also deposited by him on 29/09/12. But till date he has neither received any salary from above company nor they are attending his call. ASI Sat Pal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 141/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 452,354A,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of R/O Ali Ra Dhao PO Bayla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/06/13 at about 05.15 AM Kuldeep S/O Sh. Khajana Ram resident of the same locality entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Ram Swaroop Singh Incharge Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 28/06/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bishan Dass S/O Sh. Punni Ram R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 07.30 AM a car came from Tandu side towards Mandi and when said car reached near Sambal it rolled down from the road and when he reached at the spot he found that driver of said car (HR04C-8215) Sh. Ishwar Singh S/O Late Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Vill. Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) had died on the spot. SI (Prob.) Amrik Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5.      Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 27/06/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Rains Nullah and during the course of patrolling he found that Govind Ram S/O Sh. Ram Prakash H. No. 18/08 Samkhetar Muhalla Mandi (HP) had obstructed the road by laying carts of fruits on the roadside  causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6.      Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 27/06/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Rains Nullah and during the course of patrolling he found that Tej Singh S/O Sh. Om Singh R/O Rains Nullah PO Hanogi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) had obstructed the road by laying carts of fruits on the roadside which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7.      78 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
