CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 151/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 451, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Mumta Devi W/O Sh. Raju R/O Lusai P.O. Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 16/07/13 at about 7 PM when she was sitting in the courtyard of her house , in mean time Car No. (31B-6666) came there and four persons, namely Manoj Kumar , Khayal Chand , Sunku and Manu entered in the courtyard of her house and started to abuse her and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Amarnath I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2 55 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100 -/- was recovered and 1 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
