CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 09/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj Mahajan S/O Sh. Puran Chand Mahajan R/O H.No. 849 Mohalla Pourian PO & Tehsil Sujanpur Tihra Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that on 09/06/13 he was going to Shimla along with his family members by a car (P28B-3165) and when they reached at Khayali more nearby Kangoo, in the mean time a car (HP03B-0813) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his car and thereafter fell down about 20 feet down from the road and 5 occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

2.      Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Thakri Devi W/O Sh. Nagu Ram R/O VPO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/06/13 pet dog of Man Singh bit him. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 155/13 dated 09/06/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Damshera PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/06/13 Lucky S/O Amar Singh R/O Chel PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAINT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 09/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Nank Chand R/O Bajaura PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/06/13 at about 06.30 PM Tek Chand S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ishwari Prasad Incharge Police Post Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

5.      Case FIR No. 146/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HHG  Khem Raj S/O Sh. Lachhman Singh R/O VPO Sakabri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 4 AM he was on patrolling duty at Jaral Colony, in the mean time a vehicle (HP65-3599) came from Matka Chowk side which was checked and he recovered 6 bundles of telephone wire from said vehicle. HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

6. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
