CASE UNDER SCHEDULED CAST/SCHEDULED TRIBE (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 24/06/13 U/S 3 (1) X of SC/ST Act & U/S 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ucchav Ram R/O Vill. Kothain PO Sianji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he purchased piece of land from Sh. Gulzari Lal S/O Sh. Durga Dutt R/O Vill. Owah PO Sainji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). On 24/06/13 he was ploughing said land, in the mean time Lata Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand and Tara Chand S/O Sh. Durga Dutt came there and threatened to him and also abused him by caste.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 138/13 dated 25/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hukam Singh R/O Dodwana PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is driver with a bus (HP31-3655) and today at about 07.45 AM he was parking his bus at Patrol Pump nearby Lalit Chowk. In the mean time a truck (HP24C-1706) came from Lalit Chowk side very rashly and hit a person namely Sh. Amar Singh who sustained injuries. ASI Sarwan Kumar, I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3. Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 24/06/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh, Inder Singh VPO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away his video camera & photo printer from his shop. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 50,000/-. ASI Shanti Swaroop, Incharge Police Post Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 33 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4400/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
