CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 72/13 dated 25/06/13 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 25/06/13 at about 7.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Salahar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 100 Gram opium from the possession of Lal Singh S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Vill. Agipakhar VPO Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is bein carried out by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 73/13 dated 25/06/13 U/S 18 & 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/06/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bagsaid and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1 KG 100 Gram cannabis (Charas) and 250 Gram opium from the possession of Lal Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Bhalach PO  and Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar.

CASE OF HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 139/13 dated 20/06/13 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on th3 complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Late Sh. Karam Singh R/O Kashmehda PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is serving in HPMC Jarol and today at about 8 AM she was working on boiling tank, in the mean time her co-worker Narain Singh came in her room and he intentionally uphold the wheel of boiling tank and gas tank got immediately warmed and her feet brunt in this incident. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 51/13 dated 26/06/13 U/S 451,147,148,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh. Bhoop Singh S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 1 PM Lachhman Dass S/O Sh. GhungharRam, Suraj Kumar, Suman Kumar, Urmila, Lata Devi all resident of VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in the courtyard of the complainant and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 52/13 dated 26/06/13 U/S 451,147,148,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lachhman Dass S/O Sh. Ghunghar Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 1 PM Bhoop Singh S/O Sh. Bangali Ram, Bangali Ram, Sumna Devi, Shawni, Indira Devi and  Raju all resident of Mahadev entered in his courtyard and beat him up along with his sons Suraj and Suman and they sustained injuries. HC Satya Prakash No. 34 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 25/06/13 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devio W/O Sh. Sunder Lal R/O Vill. Bhadarnu PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/06/13 Chet Ram S/O Sh. Sita Ram entered in her courtyard along with his son and daughter and they all beat her up. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ABDUCTION AND KIDNAPPING

8.      Case FIR No. 86/13 dated 26/06/13 U/S 363,366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Dharam Dass VPO Ghanera Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Lal Chand S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Vill. Depach PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped on 20/06/13 his minor girl. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

9.      58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and   5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered    during last 24 hours.
