CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.       Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 04/06/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on he complaint of Sh. Kapil Dev S/O Sh. Bala Ram R/O Jhiri PO Nagwain Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/13 at about 3.30 PM a child namely Sahil S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Jhiri PO Nagwain was going from Jhiri School to his home on foot, in the mean time a car (PB01A-2230) came from Kullu side towards Mandi which was driven by Harvinder Singh S/O Sh. Nirmal Singh VPO Patti Distt. Hoshiarpur (PB) very rashly and negligently and hit  Sahil who sustained injuries and later he succumbed to his injuries at R.H. Kullu. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of TTR Wing   PS Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND THEFT

2.       Case FIR No. 139/13 dated 04/06/13 U/S 447,323,382 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Shama Bhandari W/O Sh. Anupam Bhandari R/O Vill. Panjethi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/13 at about 04.45 PM she was playing badminton with her son Aditya Bhandari, in the mean time Meena Devi W/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar and her daughter Nancy beat her up and also snatched her golden chain and one ear pin. Approximate cost of snatched jewellery is about Rs. 1 lac.  ASI Swarnroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is  investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS

3.       Case FIR No. 138/13 dated 04/06/13 U/S 447 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the Complaint of Sh. Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Nagina Ram R/O Vill. Gaddal PO Alathi Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/04/13 Hem Raj S/O Sh. Hari Singh entered  his land and ploughed it with tractor. HC Shiv Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.       Case FIR No. 140/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Saran R/O Vill. Bhatwar PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/13 Janta Devi W/O Sh. Fandi Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. SI Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT 

5.       Case FIR No. 141/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Kamal Kishore S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Vill. Daryana PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/13 at about 08.30 PM two persons obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.        59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7500/- was recovered under 

              M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/-

              was recovered during last 24 hours
