CASE OF CHEATING

1. Case FIR No. 164/13 dated 18/06/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chhitru Ram S/O Sh. Khothed Ram VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/06/13 he received a call from mobile No.7882878262 that he had won the prize amounting to Rs. 25,00000/- so deposit a  sum of Rs. 21,300/- in account No. 32934141692. On this he deposited the amount of Rs. 21,300/- in above mentioned account but thereafter he received a call to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,000/- in above mentioned account. ASI Ajit Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,  HURT, MOLESTATION, DEFAMATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 90/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 451,323,354,500,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of Dughdhar that on 21/05/13 Joginder Pal, Sushma Devi W/O  Joginder aPal, Pratap S/O Sh. Rupia , Urmila Devi W/O Sh. Pratap entered in her room and beat her up and also tried to outrage her modesty.  ASI Govind Pal Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 91/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balwinder Singh S/O Sh. Karnail Singh R/O Vill. Kamalwala PO Mallanwala Tehsil Zira Distt. Firozpur (PB) that he is working as coordinator in Desire Network Company, Moga and said company has established its towers in the areas of Himachal Pradesh. Some unknown persons stole away DG Battery and wires etc.  ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.  

CHALLAN

4. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
