CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

 

1.      Case FIR No. 147/13 dated 22/06/13 U/S 341,447, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hema Devi W/O Sh. Garja Ram R/O Luhakhar PO Kapahi that on 22/06/13 Jai Singh S/O Sh. Malagar R/O Luhakhar entered in the fields of her parents and beat up her mother and father who sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2.      Case FIR No. 148/13 dated 23/06/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Dhar PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/13 Prakash Chand entered in their veranda and hit with a brick on this head and he sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Guleria I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3.      Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 23/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Tandi PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was travelling by a bus (HP65-2044) and when said bus reached at Jhalogi a car (PB07B-7092) came from Mandi side very rashly and struck with said bus driver of said car along with other occupants sustained injuries. SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE UNDER WILD LIFE (PROTECTION) ACT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 137/13 dated 23/06/13 U/S 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper that on 22/06/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found Babu Ram S/O Sh. Bansi Ram and Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Babu Ram both are resident of village Kayan PO Dhawan Tehsil Sundernagar killed a animal (Shambar)  which is a protected animal under Wild Life (Protection) Act. SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 159/13 dated 23/06/13 U/S 341,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Devi Mehta R/O Vill. Lawana PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 07.30 PM Naresh Kuma, Mohit Kumar S/O Sh. Naresh Kumr and Kesari Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar beat him up. HC Shiv Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6.      Case FIR No. 160/13 dated 23/06/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dev Raj S/O Late Sh. Sewak Ram R/O VPO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/13 Ram Ditta and his wife Durgi Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Bhim Sen Incharge Police Post Pandoh is investigating the case.

7. 10 challans were issued and fine of Rs.500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
