CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Jog Raj R/O Vill. Daraman PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/14 Chhotu @ Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Satvehan, Raju @ Raj Kumar S/O Sh. AchhruRam R/O Darman obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

2.     Case FIR No. 141/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 17/06/13 he along with his team members succeeded in arresting proclaimed offender  Prem Singh @ Tarsem S/O Sh. Jagat Ram VPO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 172/91 U/S 451,147,148,149,323 IPC and declared proclaimed offender on 01/09/1992 by the Ld. Court of JMIC-III Mandi (HP). HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 142/13 dated 18/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Parminder Kaur W/O Sh. Mahesh Kumar VPO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/06/13 Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath, Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Polo Ram and Gagan S/O Sh. Roop Lal obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kamaldeep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, THEFT AND UNDER SCHEDULED CASTE AND SCHEDULED TRIBE (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 162/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 341,323,382,34 IPC & U/S 3(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shankar Dass S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram R/O Vill. Pargi PO Samaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Rakesh Mahajan and Suresh Mahajan S/O Sh. Nand Lal VPO Talyana Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP)  obstructed his way, beat him up and also used filthy language by cast. Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Bhatia, SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT  

5.     Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Late Sh. Bhikhu R/O Patta PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Pradhan of G.P. Dugrain that on 16/06/13 Chowkidar of G.P. Dugrain informed him that window of Panchayat office was found opened. On this he checked out his office and found that a computer and some documents relating to MANREGA were stolen away by some unknown culprits. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

6.     Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sapna Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Sapdoh PO Kolang Tehsil Lad Bharol that Anita Kumari and Kishori Lal beat her up along with her husband and they both sustained injuries. ASI Karan Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 18/06/13 U/S 341,352,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Bugla Ram R/O Lagnu PO Sinhu Tehsil Sangdah Distt. Sirmaur (HP) that on 14/05/13 Manup Singh obstructed his and warned him with dire consequences. SI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8.     66 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
