A MEETING WITH MEMBERS OF THREE WHEELERS UNION

1. SDM  Mandi and Dy.S.P. Mandi convened a meeting with members of three wheelers union. In this meeting union members were directed to hang rate list in every auto to avoid over charging by auto drivers.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 26/06/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/06/13 at about 7 PM four unknown persons obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT 

3.      Case FIR No. 140/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Sabal (Soul) PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Head Security Guard at Kayan ITDC that during the intervening night of 26-27/06/13 he was on duty and during the course of discharging of his duty  he saw that locks of Room No. 12 & 13 of Block 9 were broken by some unknown culprits  and when he reached near room No. 14 of said block two persons sped away from there who were carrying ceiling fans and other electrical articles with them and he succeeded to nab one person namely Prem Lal S/O Sh. Ghinder Ram R/O Vill. Dool PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) along with all articles were being stolen by him. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 166/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Pipli PO Darwar that on 26/06/13 Santosh Kumar and his son Labi entered in his room and they both beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 336,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sumna Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Vill. Drahal PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/06/13 Sohan Lal R/O Sapuwala pelted stones upon her and she sustained injuries. ASI Mahender Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

6.      93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
