CASE OF RIOTING, MISCHIEF, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 86/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 147,149,427,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dan Singh S/O Sh. Himmat Singh R/O VPO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Pyar Chand, Shanti Devi, Nikku Ram, Bholi and some other residents of village Bhajrala beat him up along with his son Arpit Singh and JCB driver Pyar Singh and they sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 48/13 date 11/06/13 U/S 451, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhal Chand S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/13 Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Maheshwar Dutt VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)   entered in his house and threatened him. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 134/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Sandesh Kumar R/O Gudhahan PO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/13 Kamla Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Susheel Kumar I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF WORD,  GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

4.     Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Pradhan Gram Panchayat Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Devki Nandan misbehaved with her and also used filthy language. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.     Case FIR No. 136/13 dated 12/06/13 U/S 341,336,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hukmi Devi W/O Sh. Thakur Singh R/O Vill. Patha PO Khakharyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/13 Rattan Sigh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
