1. Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 08/06/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Hanogi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 90 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Megh Singh S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Dunger PO Hanogi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 08/06/13 U/S 147,342,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Late Sh. Prabhu Ram R/O Vill. Nauru PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/06/13 Lekh Ram, Karam Singh, Hari Singh, Lajja Devi and Meera Devi dragged her beat her up and restrained inside the room. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 129/13 dated 08/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Lala Ram R/O Vill. Chandyal PO Gaggal Tehsil Sadar Distt. mandi (HP) that on 08/06/13 he was coming from Nerchowk by his car (HP33C-3611) in the mean time a bus (UP65BT-7171) came very rashly from back side and hit his car and fled away from the spot. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS
4. Case FIR No. 145/13 dated 08/06/13 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O VPO Sehli at present water guard Chela Boe scheme that today at about 06.30 AM he was on duty at Chela, in the mean time Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Uttam Chand beat him up. ASI Shesh Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
- 65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
