CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 07/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Gianu Ram R/O Guga Bhared PO Barmana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that today at about 05.30 AM a Tata Sumo (HP58-1995) hit a person and sped away from the spot. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 07/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O Vill. Lot PO nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 08.40 AM at Sainj rider of a  M/Cycle (HP33A-8236) Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dool Ram R/O Vill. Katwandhi PO Nandi hit his nephew Jatin and he sustained injuries. ASI Nasib Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 150/13 dated 06/06/13 U/S 353,189,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Arti Kumari W/O Sh. Sachin Sharma R/O Vill. Pantehra PO Bam Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) at present Staff Nurse at CHC Dharampur that Sota Ram was admitted CHC Dharampur and his sons Arjun Singh and Sant Ram were also present there as attendants and they both obstructed her to discharge her duty. ASI Mohinder Pal Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 06/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Karpi Devi W/O Late Sh. Lalu Ram R/O Vill. Kotlu PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/06/13 at about 06.30 PM Joli Ram and Suharu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 07/06/13 U/S 342,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlaya Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Vill. Sopa PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 08.30 AM Santosh Kumar and his son Umesh, Vidya Devi restrained her in their room and beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 144/13 date 06/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Param Dev R/O Vill. Lahota PO Dayori Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Moti Ram and Yeshwant Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
