CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehli that on 05/06/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Bhekhali Nullah, in the mean time Beli Ram S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Naglai PO Rumani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) came from Bhekhali side and on seeing police party he tried to run back but he was caught with the help of police party and during the course of his personnel search he recovered 1 KG cannabis (charas) from his possession. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Matehar PO Pandol Tehsil Ladbhaol Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going by bus (HP68-0109) of Prem Bus Services from Jogindernagar to Mandi and when said bus reached at Gumma, in the mean time driver of said bus hit a Baba namely Pritam Puri Guru Sat Narayan Pori R/O Vill. Nigdhu Tehsil Nilokheri Distt. Karnal (Haryana) and he sustained injures. ASI Govind Pal Incharge Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

3. A case FIR No. 16/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 Incharge P.O. Cell P.S. Balh that Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O VPO Chahari PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  was arrested on 05/06/13 who was wanted in case FIR No. 194/2003 U/S 323,325 IPC and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court of JMIC-IV Mandi on 25/02/2011. HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 Incharge P.O. Cell P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 127/13 dated 06/06/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Girish Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Vill. Sehal PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/13 Bablu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

5. Case FIR No. 142/13 dated 05/06/13 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhagmal Chowkidar Tehsil Sadar that during the course of servicing a summon to Bhikham R/O Sehali Sub Tehsil Kotali Distt. Mandi (HP) said Bhikham  caught him from his neck and dragged him. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 147/13 dated 06/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O VPO Dhurakhri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 05/06/13 Roop Lal and his wife Savitri Devi R/O Dhurkhari obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 148/13 dated 06/06/13 U/S 147,149,451,342, 323,427,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Vill. & P.P. Dhurkhari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/13 Pawan Kumar, his mother Gayatri Devi and father Mast Ram obstructed him and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

8. 58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
