CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND WORD, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

 

1.      Case FIR No. 143/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 354,323,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a lady resident of vill. Pipli PO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/13 Premi S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Vill. Pipli used obscene language and also tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2.      Case FIR No. 144/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Reema Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Rathoha PO Tikkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Suk Ram and his wife Jayoti Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3.      Case FIR No. 145/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Longu Ram R/O Vill. Chhaprol PO Gagal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/13 Jassu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 19/06/13 U/S 457,454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh.. Sh. Hemant Kumar, JTO BSNL CSC Indira Market Mandi that some unknown culprits stole away stole away 16 batteries along with copper strips during the intervening night of 04-05/06/13. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 20325/-. SI Chet Singh Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 153/13 dated 20/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chandermani S/O Sh. Puran Chand VPO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a HRTC bus (HP66-1349) came from Kullu side very rashly and hit Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Puran Chand VPO Tikkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of Highway Traffic Patrol is investigating the case.
