CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 71/13 dated 22/06/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Mohar Singh S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Vill. Majadwar PO Cheuni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/06/13 a car (PB10V-5506) came from Cheuni side and when said reached at Khudla Nullah it rolled down from the road about 400 feet downward. Driver of said car Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O H. No. 103 Mahindru Mohalla Jallandhar died on the spot. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF MOLESTATION

2. Case FIR No. 156/13 dated 21/06/13 U/S 354,354A(a)(i) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a lady  resident of  Majhwar areas Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/13 her brother-in-law entered in her room and tired to outrage her modesty. SI Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 157/13 dated 21/06/13 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Anuj Thakur S/O Sh. Kishor Thakur R/O Vill. Andri PO Summer Hill Distt. Shimla (HP) that he stayed  during the intervening night of  16-17/06/13 in Forest Rest House Purani Mandi  and during his stay some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 60,000/- from his room. ASI Shesh Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

4.      Case FIR No. 158/13 dated 21/06/13 U/S 342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Dahwari Talyar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/06/13 Chinta Devi W/O Sh. Tula Ram obstructed the way of his wife Smt. Banti Devi along with his relatives Sh. Milkhi Ram and Smt. Chanderkanta. HC Dharam Dass I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5. 17 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
