CRIME REPORT 2 JUNE

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sundernagar that he recovered 16 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sh. Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O Vill. Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND UNDER ARMS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 01/06/13 U/S 307,34 IPC and U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Firj Mohammad S/O Sh. Najeer Hussain R/O Vill. Dinak PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/13 at about 7.15 PM he was sitting in his shop at Kanaid, in the mean time Shahnawaj S/O Sh. Mohammad Chhotu R/O Dinak came in his shop, called him outside the shop and there is some little bit arguments between him and Shahnawaj. In the mean time Louri R/O Ratti attacked upon him with sharp weapon (khukhari) and he sustained injuries on his thumb and chest. SI Rattan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 145/13 dated 02/06/13 U/S 451,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lala Ram S/O Sh. Gahlu Ram R/O Vill. Ramehra PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/13 Ashwani Kumar, Manoj Kumar and Bali Ram entered in his room and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 42/13 dated 02/06/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Devinder Prasad R/O Majhrot PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away golden ornaments and cash of worth Rs. 15000/- from his house. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.      58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
