CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 122/16 dated 29/04/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar by ASI Ram Lal I/C Narcotic Cell Mandi that on 29/04/16 at about 5:30 PM he was on nakabandi along with other police officials at Sukkibain and during the course of Nakabandi he checked a HRTC Bus (HP69A-1558)  and recovered   750 gram Charas from the possession of Alok Singh @ Lucky S/O Late Sh. Harkesh R/O The Pine Hut near Ashiyana regency, Chhota Shimla, Distt. Shimla (HP) who was traveling in said Bus which was on its way from Manali to Chandigarh.  ASI Ram Lal I/C Narcotic Cell Mandi is investigating the case

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. Case FIR. No. 48/16 dated 29/04/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony by ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O P S BSL Colony that on 29/04/16 at about 3:00 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sakraha and during the course of patrolling he recovered 29  gram Charas   from the possession of  a pedestrian namely Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Vill. Kushala,   PO Jaidevi, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 30/04/16 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Ram Dittaram R/O Village Bhangla, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar, District Mandi (HP) that on 30/04/16 at about 6:30 AM a truck (HP64-6185) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit a Private Bus (HP31D-4594). HC Rajender Kumar I/O PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 63/16 dated 29/04/16 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Naina Devi W/O Sh. Gulab Chand R/O Badyog, PO Alsindi, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi (HP) that on  29/04/16 at about 5:30 PM  She along with her son Mukesh were going to her field in the mean time Nisha Devi and her son Pankaj came there and obstructed their way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. They also abused her. ASI Sahib Singh I/C PAR Tatta Pani PS Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 29/04/2016 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on   the complaint of a lady R/O  Ratoli, PO Upper Bhambla, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/04/2016 her daughter aged 17 years old was alone at home and  some unknown person kidnapped her daughter with the intention to marry her without her consent. SI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 354 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 40000/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
