CRIME REPORT 11 APRIL

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 90/.16 dated 10/04/2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderanagar on the complaint of Sh. Kusum Singh S/O Sh. Devender Singh R/O VPO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 10/04/2016 a nano car (HP31C-1998) came very rashly from Jayor side and fell down from the road.  Driver of said car Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 35 years old died on the spot whereas another female occupant of said car sustained injuries.  ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 10/04/2016 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Ashok Kumar that on 10/04/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kandhi Kulwara and during patrolling he recovered 45000 ML English wine from the house Durga Chand S/O Sh. Saunu Ram R/O Vill. Khandi Kulwara PO Shiva Thana Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

  1. Case FIR No. 101/16 dated 10/04/2016 U/S 354A, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a lady resident of Vill. Tawan  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on 05/04/2016 Swaroo Ram and his son Raju used obscene language and gesture to the complainant. ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 10/04/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 10/04/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Galma and during the patrolling he recovered 2 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Narottam Ram S/O Sh. Hariya Ram R/O Sugrahan PO Galma Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

  1. 162  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 20,700/-  was recovered,  15  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1500/- was recovered,  6 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 6700 and 8 challans were issued under H.P. Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
