CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 01/04/16 U/ 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Gopal Singh PP Janjehli that on 31/03/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Keulinala and during the checking of Car (HP32A-1740) he recovered 48 Bottles of Beer and 12 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Tek Singh R/O Noir PO Sangal Bara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) . SI Gopal Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 46/16 dated 01/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Bhom Parkesh I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 01/04/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sanarli and during the patrolling he recovered 24 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Payandu PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP). ASI Bhom Parkesh I.O . of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 90/16 dated 31/03/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Hem Raj I/C PP Pandoh that on 31/03/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Saula and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 42 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Nagnu Ram S/O Sh. Ghoplu R/O Upper Pandoh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) . ASI Hem Raj I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
235 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25,500 /- was recovered and 25 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2500/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
