CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 32/16 dated 18/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Miss.  Champa  Devi  D/O Sh.  Parkash R/O Thahri PO  Panjain  Sub- Tehsil  Balichowki District Mandi (HP) that on 17/04/16  Parkash Chand  &   Krishna Devi resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her  up   and she sustained injuries.  HC Durga Dass   No. 408  I.O. P.P. Balichowki is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.33/16 dated 18/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 354, 356, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a  lady R/O  Thahri PO  Panjain Sub-Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) that   she is an  Anganwari worker . On  17/04/16  Sohan Lal , Champa Devi & Narveda Devi,  obstructed  her  way along with her daughter and  they   tried  to outrage her modesty  and beat   both of them  .  HC Durga Dass  No. 408  I.O. of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR  No. 34/2016  Dated 19/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Shahru Ram R/O  Bashlagi PO  Kalhani Tehsil  Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/16  she was  going  to  Sarachi, in the mean time   a Vehicle(HP 32A-1969)  which was driven by Geetanand  came rashly and negligently and   fell down  150 feet downwards from the road and sustained injuries.  Insp  Lokender Singh  Negi  SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING , RAPE AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 18/04/16 U/S  366 , 376,  120(B) , 506 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of a  girl  VPO  Jarol  Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP) that during the month of   July 2015  Uday Ram  S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram ,  Raj Kumar S/O Sh.  Manglu  &  Kusham Lata W/O  Raj Kumar  all the resident of  Chouthy PO  Shiva  Thana  District Mandi (HP)  Kidnapped  her  with    the intention  to marry  with  Uday Ram  and said  Uday Ram raped her regularly upto 8 Month in his home  and now  he denied to marry with her  and  beat her up regularly,   also threatened her with dire consequences.  SI Gopal Singh  I/C of Janjehli  is  investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S 451,  323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vikram Singh  S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Syanh PO  Lohara Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/16  he was present in his courtyard , in the mean time  Karam Chand  Walia  entered in  his courtyard  and   beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 107/16 dated 18/04/16  U/S 283  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC Yashpal No. 14  I.O. P.P. Pandoh  that on 18/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with  other   police officials at  Jaral Colony  Pandoh and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a rehri of vegetables was laid on the road by Nup Chand S/O Bhup Singh Village Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  which was causing  obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC  Yashpal No. 14  I.O.   P.P. Pandoh  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 18/04/16  U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.s.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nilma Devi W/O Sh. Jai  Singh  R/O  Utpur Tehsil Lad- Bharol District  Mandi (HP)  presently  residing  as  a servant  in  Prabhu Ram's home  at  Bhararu  Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that   when she was cleaning the utensils  in  her  home, in the mean time  Ralu Ram  S/O Sh. Sant Ram  R/O  Bhalendra PO  Bhararu Tehsil  Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP)   entered in the  home of  Prabhu  Ram  and beat her up and also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

8          Case FIR No. 68/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh  S/O Sh.  Gopal  Singh  S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram  R/O  Basai PO  Makriri Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) he was present at   Basahi in the mean time   a vehicle (CH01AD-9901)   which was  driven by Umesh Kumar S/O Ravinder Nath R/o 957 Vikas nagar Murli Jagran (CH)  came from Jogindernagar  side  very  rashly and  negligently   and fell down  800 feet downwards from the road . In this accident  Ankit Kumar S/O  Om Parkash R/O  Banoun Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP) aged  22 years   old   died on the spot and Om Parkash S/O Badhia Ram R/O Banon Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP)  aged  37  years old   is  referred  by MO  C.H. Jogindernagar to RPGMC Tanda. ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I/C PP  Bassi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATON

9         Case FIR No. 109/16 dated 19/04/16   U/S 341, 323, 506, 34IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh    R/O  Jandhru Kalan Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on  18/04/16  he was   returning   back  to his home  from  Kango-Da- Galu and when  he  reached near  his home , in the mean time  Ajay  Kumar  resident of same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

10           163  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 20,200/- was recovered and 11   Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 /- was recovered  and  8 Challans  were issued  under Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 44000/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
