SCHEDULE FOR PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST OF RECRUITMENT  FOR  THE  YEAR-2016

 

1        Physical   Standards Test and  Physical  Efficiency Test for the recruitment  of 175  Post  of Constables(Male ), 44  post  of Constable  (Female)  and  left out  vacancies of (Male, Female &  Drivers) allotted  to this  District   by way  of direct recruitment  has been  fixed  w.e.f. 08-05-16 to 21-05-16  at Paddal  Ground  Mandi .   The Recruitment  process of Physical  Efficiency test  will be started  from 6 AM onwards.  (Detail Report  of   Schedule  of  PET is  attached herewith)   

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDAITON

 

2        Case FIR  No. 113/16 dated 22/04/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar, on the complaint of Sh. Dayalu S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram  VPO  Shivabadar, Tehsil Sadar, District  Mandi (HP)  that on 21/04/16  his brother namely  Kami  Ram   resident of the same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up  and  he sustained injuries and   also threatened   him with  dire consequences. HC  Yash  Pal  No.  14  I.O. of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY) ACT

 

3        Case FIR No.  115/16 dated 22/04/16  U/S  3 of ( Prevention of   damage  to public property Act)  &  U/S  139 of  Indian  Electricity  Act has  been registered in  P.S.  Sadar, on  the complaint of   Dr. Madan Dhiman SDM  Mandi  that on  21/04/16  Surender Kumar S/O Late. Sh. Bhagat Ram  R/O  House  No. 263/13  Paddal,   Tehsil Sadar,  Distict Mandi (HP)    damaged the  Mahamrityunjay temple and  also  interrupted  the electrical supply as  a result   loss to  the electricity  department.  HC Inder Singh  No. 7  I.O. of  PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.  

 

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4       Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar,  on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O  Dharwarl, PO  Khadyahad, Tehsil  Kotli, Distict  Mandi (HP) that  on 22/04/16   he was present in his home, in the mean time he heard  a noise  near his home, he rushed  towards the spot and  found that  a Car(HP01M-1022)  was  met with an accident  and  driver of said  car namely  Jagdish  Chand   sustained injuries  in this mishap .  HC  Amrit  Lal  No. 413  I.O. of PP Kotli  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5        Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 23/04/16 U/S 325,506 IPC has been registered in PS sundernagar, on the complaint of  Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Bobar, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sunder Nagar,  District Mandi (HP) that on 23/04/16 at about 7:00 AM her husband beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

6        Case FIR No. 119/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 279,337 IPC  & U/S  187 of MV Act has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of  Sh.Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Jharia Ram R/O Village Mandir Tanda, PO Dhawan, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/16 he was going  his home along with his daughter from Balt by his M/Cycle (HP32A-1299) and  when they reached near Dhawan a jeep  (HP33T-9289) came from Bhyarta side and hit his motorcycle and they fell down with M/cycle and his daughter sustained injuries. The driver of the jeep ran away from the spot. ASI Vinod Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

7        105 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15900/- was recovered and 21 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 04 Challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
