CASE OF  NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No.  65/16   dated  15/04/16  U/S 18  NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by ASI  Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that on 15/04/16  he was on the patrolling  along with other police  officials at  Nagoun and  during the patrolling he  found  that  field  possessed  by  Om Parkash S/O Sh. Prem   Dass  R/O  Nagoun Tehsil   PO  Mahog Tehsil  Karsog  District  Mandi (HP)  cultivated  190  poppy  plants  illegally  in his  field.    ASI  Jhabe Ram I.O.  P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 2         Case FIR No.  105/16 dated  14/04/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by SI Manmohan Singh  that he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at Maseran and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  5 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  &  2 Bottles of English   Wine from the possession of  Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O  Bhaliyana P.O.  Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP). SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

3         Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 15/04/16  U/S 283  IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  HC  Tek  Chand  No.  902  I/O of  PP  Slapper  that on 15/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at  BBMB  Colony  Slapper  and    during the  course of patrolling he  found that  a  rehri of  vegetables was laid on the road by  Jagan Pal S/O Late Sh.  Khem Chand Quarter No. SL-1/75 BBMB Colony Slapper at Present Shopkeeper at Slapper BBMB Colony  which was causing  obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  HC  Tek  Chand  No. 902  I.O.  P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 14/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the   complaint  of Sh. Govind  Ram  S/O Sh. Moti  Ram R/O  Tarot  PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that on 14/04/16  her  wife  namely  Kamla Devi   was  waiting  for the Bus  at  Halel on NH-21 , in the   mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP31A-5613)  which was ridden by  Ajay   Verma  came rashly from  Sundernagar  side  and  hit   his wife Kamla  Devi  and  she sustained   injuries. ASI  Krishan Lal  I.O.   P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5     157 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.19,800 /- was recovered and 48 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 5000 /- was recovered  and  6  challans were  issued  under  Mining Act  and  fine of Rs. 7100  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
