Ram Chander R/O Nihari PO Lamba Thach Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that today he was going to his home Lamba Thach and when he reached near Bunagi mode, in the mean time he found that an Alto Car(HP02M-0227) which was driven by Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh . Tule Ram R/O Dasira PO Thunag (HP) age 29 years old , met with an accident and fell down at about 250 feet downward from the road and said driver along with another occupant namely Padam Singh S/O Sh Dhani Ram Village ,PO and Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi age 30 years old died on the spot in this mishap . 2 Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 02/04/16 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kiran Bala W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Tathar PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 02/04/16 Parkash Chand came alongwith Anu resident of the same locality entered in her courtyard and beat her up . 3 Case FIR No. 47/16 dated 02/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 02/04/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Churag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Som Krishan S/O Sh. Bhav Dev VPO Churag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) . ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 02/04/16 U/S 447, 149, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashraf Mohamad S/O Late. Sh. Fajal Mohamd R/O Dhaban Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that he along with his son were working in his field , in the mean time Muhamad Ali , Jihid Ali, Rahmat Ali , Akbar Ali , Mastakin, entered in his land and beat alongwith his son & they sustained injuries and they also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
5 Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 02/04/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person R/O Chowki Chaderahan PO Riyur Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing since 19/03/16 . He searched her every where in his relation but she could not traced so far . Insp. Sanjeev Sood SHO of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXTORTION
6 Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 03/04/16 U/S 384 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Gian S/O Late. Sh. Ram Nath C/O Kaku Rana R/O Bangar Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 02/04/16 Mohinder Singh came along with another person in his shop and pushed him alongwith his wife and snached away Rs. 40,000/- from his pocket . ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigation. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

7 289 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26,800/- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 7 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
