 CASE OF MOLESTATION AND UNDER ( POCSO ACT )

1          Case FIR No. 70/16 dated 26/04/16  U/S  354 (A)  IPC &  U/S 8,  18 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of a  girl R/O  vill.  Kada-Ropa PO  Bagachanogi Tehsil  Thunag District Mandi (HP)aged  15 years  old  that on 25/04/16  when she was  present in  the shop of  her uncle and  her  uncle was not present in the shop , in the mean time     Nirmal@ Niru S/O Gurdyal  R/O Vill. Ghamedi P.O. Bagachanogi Thesil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)   came there tried to outage her modesty  and also  teased  her . SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli  is investigating the case.   

CASE OF  KIDNAPPING

2         Case FIR No. 32/16  dated 26/04/16  U/S 363  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of  Hetu  S/O Sh. Manglu R/O  Baggi PO  Segali Tehsil Sadar District  Mandi (HP) that  his son namely  Jitesh Kumar aged 14 years old is  missing  since  24/04/16 . He searched him  everywhere  in his relation , but he could not  traced  so far  .   ASI Roop Singh  Incharge  PP  Kamand  is  investigating the case.

 CASE OF   MOLESTATION

3          Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 26/04/16  U/S  354 (D)  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of   a girl   R/O  17/02  Purani  Mandi  Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that   she is   student of PHD  at  Institute   Plasma  research  Gandhi   Nagar  Gujart.  On  16 Feb , 2014 she went  to Punjab University  where she  met with  a person namely  Shankhachur Mukherjee. After  some time  said  Shankhachur  started to harass her  mentally  by  sending vulgar  message on her facebook  account  and     harassing  regularly by calling on landline telephone number  of her  institute  as well as  telephone  numbers  her home   also .  ASI  Ram Lal   I/C PP  City is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4         Case  FIR No. 119/16  dated  26/04/16   U/S 39  of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar   by ASI Ram  Lal   Incharge  P.P. City  that on 26/04/16   at  about 6:50  PM  he was on patrolling  along with  other police  officials   at Skodi Bridge  and   during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 Bottles of   English  Wine from the possession of Jitender Guleria  S/O  Joginder Guleria  R/O House  No. 73/3 Jail Road Mandi.  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of  PP City is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

 5         302  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 35,400 /- was recovered and 26 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
