CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 18   NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Roop Singh incharge P.P. Kamand that on 07/04/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Solang village and during the course of patrolling he found that fields were possessed by Birbal S/O Sh. Man Singh R/O Vill. Daksati PO Rahla Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) as per the revenue record produced by the local Patwari,  5000  poppy plants were cultivated in these fields by said Birbal illegally.  ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Kamand is investigating the case.

    CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 25/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Rajender Kumar No. 511 I.O. of P.P. Kamand district Mandi that Sanjay Sharma S/O Sh. Nand Lal Sharma R/O Vill. Chaproh PO Gaggal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi drove his car (HP33D-3975) very rashly and negligently and fell down about 500 mtrs downwards from the road and he sustained injuries. HC Rajender Kumar No. 511 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3.Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Bhom Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 07/04/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Alsidhi and during the course of patrolling he found that fields possessed by   Jhabar Singh, Som Krishan, Lachhi Ram, Balmukund, Dharam Dev and Sita Ram at Hajal Nullah  cultivated 6860 poppy plants  illegally in their fields.  ASI Bhom Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.  

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4. Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 20  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  SI Sunil Kumar  SHO   P.S. Karsog that on 07/04/2016 he was on traffic checking along with other police officials at Bhanthal and during the course of checking of vehicles police party signaled to stop a car (HP30-3919) but driver of said car didn't stopped it and sped away from the spot which was chased and nabbed by SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog near Sanarli and during the  checking of said car   he recovered 300 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Prem Singh S/O Sh. Jai Ram Village Dharwar PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi HP aged 23 years old who was driving   said car and is associates namely   Mukesh S/O Sh. Padam Singh VPO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi aged 24 years old and  Gamibhir S/O Sh. Sant Ram Village Bharnala PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 86/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S  Sundernagar by SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar that on 07/04/2016 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Slapper and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Vill. Talwana PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi at present shopkeeper at Slapper near Midway Hotel Sundernagar. SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 58/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar that on 07/04/2016 he was on traffic checking and during the course of checking of traffic he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of from the possession of Inder Dev S/O Sh. Alle Ram R/O Vill. Chapran & Prakash S/O Sh. Tullu R/O Vill. Taraun Tehsl Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

7. 270  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 35,800/- was recovered,  20Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.2000/- was recovered and 10  Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 48,000 was recovered during last 24 hours.
