CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Miss. Manisha Kumari D/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Dawardu PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that she was going to her relatives along with her aunt & grandmother and when they reached at Katindi then her aunt tried to cross the road , in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP-T-9345) came rashly and hit her aunt as a result she sustained injuries. HC Rajender Kumar No. 51 I.O. of P.P. Kamand is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT AND CRIMNAL IN TIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.110/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 341, 355, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Hukam Chand S/O Late. Sh. Gulaba Ram R/O Bhadreher PO Grouru Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) received through Ld- Court ACJM Sarkaghat U/S 156(3) Cr.p.c. that on 30/03/16 he was coming from Grouru to Bhadrehaer , in the mean time Jagdish Chand , Ravinder Singh and Sarwan obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Trilok Chand I.O. P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION
3 Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 20/04/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Balbinder Singh S/O Sh. Jawahar Lal R/O Didnu PO Baroti Sub- Tehsil Dharampur Distrct Mandi that on 20/04/16 Biri Singh R/O Baral came along with his 2-3 friends ,obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS
4 Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 20/04/16 U/S 447 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Briju Ram R/O Senjali PO Khanyol Bagra C/O Patwari Patwar circle Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 19/02/16 Thakur Singh & Mitter Singh both are the resident of Bagsaid, constructed the road to their home through Govt. Land . ASI Swaroop Ram I.O. P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
5 Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 20/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony by ASI Pushap Dev I/C of PP Nihri that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sandra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Piya Lal S/O Man Singh R/O Village Sandra PO Jhungi Sub Tehsil Nihri District Mandi (HP). ASI Pushap Dev I/C P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.s. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Levneet Chauhan S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 21/04/16 he was going to morning walk towards BBMB lake and when he reached near Humsafar Hotel NH-21 , in the mean time a Bolero Jeep (HP49A-8500) came from Sundernagar side with rashly and negligently and fell downwards from the road . In this accident five person who were boarded on said Jeep sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7 Case FIR No. 70/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi that he wasd on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Khudar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Kunduni PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) . ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION , CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER IT ACT
8 Case FIR No. 29/16 dated 20/04/16 U/S 354(D) , 506 IPC & U/S 67 of IT Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a lady R/O Bikaner PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that an unknown person harassing her regularly by calling obscene language from his Mobile No. 86791-23178 and also threatened her with dire consequences . ASI Joginder Singh I.O. P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

151 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,600/- was recovered and 12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
