 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 05/04/16  U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the  complaint of  Sh. Hira  Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O Parjouli Dhar  PO Balichowki  District  Mandi (HP) that on 05/04/16   he was present at  Naloun   alongwith   Dola Ram  & Rajeev Negi  and they were unloading the  boxes  of seeds and Medicines from the  Vehicles (HP66A-0727)  &  vehicle(HP49-3339) , in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP33E-T8194 )  which was  ridden  by the  Gulsan  Kumar S/O Sh. Megh   Singh   R/O  Khannar   PO  Dhawehar Sub-Tehsil  Balichowki District Mandi  &    and pillion  rider  Dharmender   S/O Sh.  Kundal  Lal R/O  Khannar PO  Dhawehar Sub-Tehsil  Balichowki District Mandi,  came rashly from  Banjar side and  hit the vehicle (HP49-3339)  as  a result  both   rider   &  pillion rider of said  Motor Cycle   sustained injuries .  HC   Durga Dass  No. 408  I.O. of P.S.  Aut  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT 

2         Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 05/04/16  U/S  39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   BSL Colony  Sundernagar by ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  that  on 05/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  at Palohata and  during the  patrolling  he recovered  4000 ML illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Raghubeer S/O Sh. Ratan  Dass R/O  Palohata PO  Upper Belhi Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O.   P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case  FIR No. 95/16 dated 06/04/16  U/S  279,  337  IPC &  U/S 177  MV Act has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ashish Kumar  S/O Sh. Rajinder Kumar   R/O Towan PO  Dhaban Tehsil  Balh District m Mandi (HP) that on 06/04/16  he was  present at   Rain Shelter near   Dadour   Chowk ,  in the mean time  a Motor Cycle rider came rashly and negligently    from  Nerchowk side and   hit him  as a result he  sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O.  of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   HURT

4          Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 05/4/16  U/S  324,  323 IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  HC  Hoshiar   Singh   No. 53  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar  that  on   receiving  telephonic information  he rushed  to  CHC   Jogindernagar and  found that a person   namely  Kuldeep  Singh  S/O Sh.  Chuhar Singh  R/O  Dul  Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi  has  admitted  in CHC  Joginderangar  who  injured   fatally  as  he was  attacked by    some unknown person.  HC Hoshiar Singh  No. 53  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5          Case FIR No. 63/16 dated 06/04/16  U/S 341,  323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal S/O Sh. Rishiraj VPO  Harabag Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on  06/04/16   Vijay,  Rajesh  &  Ajay Kumar  obstructed his way  at  Harabag and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 38  I.O.  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 06/04/16  U/S   39 of  HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C  PP Kotli that on 06/04/16  he was on patrolling along with  other   police  officials   at  Fagala and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  3000 ML  illicit  Liquor  from the possession of   Bhup Singh  S/O Sh.  Raku VPO  Nichli Khadyhad Tehsil  Kotli  District Mandi (HP).  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 7         298  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22,800 /- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
