CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 28/04/16  U/S 20  of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC   Dola Ram  No. 869  I.O. of PP City  that on 28/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with other  police  officials at  Indira  Market and  during the course  of patrolling he recovered  85 Gram  Charas  ( Cannabis) from the  possession of  Rajesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Chand  R/O  Bechi PO  Raison Teshil  Kullu  (HP) . HC  Dola Ram No. 869  I.O. of  PP City is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 105/16   dated  28/04/16  U/S 20 of  NDPS  Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  Miss.  Shakshi Verma , IPS  SHO of  P.S. Sundernagar  that on 28/04/16  she was  on patrolling  along with other police officials  and during the course of patrolling she recovered  86 Gram Charas( Cannabis) from the  possession of  Virender Kumar  S/O  Late. Sh. Hem Raj  R/O Mandir  Tanda PO  Dhaban Tehsil   Balh  District    Mandi (HP)  aged 23 years old .   Miss. Shakshi Verma , IPS,  SHO of  P.S.   Sundernagar  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No.47/16  dated 28/04/16  U/S 39  of  HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar   by ASI Shiv Kumar  that on 28/04/16  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Sakraha  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Liter  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of Smt.  Nirmla Devi  W/O Sh.  Sohan  Singh  R/O  Bharari PO  Chambi  Tehsil Sundernagar District   Mandi (HP).  ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O. of P.S . BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4         Case FIR No. 122/16  dated  28/04/16  U/S 341,  323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat    on the complaint of Sh. Atter Sumeed S/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O  Lagyar P.O.  Tihra  Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distrct  Mandi (HP)  that on 28/04/16  he was  present  near  Sarkaghat College, in the mean time Nishu &  Lucku came there , obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC  Kamal Kant No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

5          Case FIR No. 123/16  dated   29 /04/16   U/S 451,  323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Ram Lal  S/O  Sh. Mal Ram  R/O  Nambrot  PO  Dhalwan Tehsil  Baldwara District  Mandi (HP)  that  on 28/04/16  Jeet  Ram   came along with  his son  Rami Kumar &  Lekh Ram ,  entered   in his courtyard  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI  Kulmesh Kumar I.O. of PP Hatli is  investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 

1. 309  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 33,900/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
