Ganga Ram R/O VPO Dhanyara District Mandi (HP) abused him by caste and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Kotli is investigating the case
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 23/04/2016 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Mangat Ram I/O P.P. Lad-Bharol that on 23/04/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lad- Bharol Bazaar and he found a rehari of vegetables was laid on road by Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath R/O VPO Simas, Tehsil Lad Bharol, Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . HC Mangat Ram I/O PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 23/04/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Ranjeet Singh that on 23/04/16 at 05:30PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chauntra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O VPO Ahju, Tehsil Joginder Nagar, Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ranjeet Singh I/O PS Jogindernagar is investgating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND INDIAN FOREST ACT
Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 24/04/16 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 41,42 of Indian Forest Act has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Bhupinder Pal S/O Sh. Khub Ram R/O Sarli PO Panjai Sub. Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 23-24 /04/16 at about 03:20AM he heard a loud sound outside the home and he rushed towards the spot and found that a truck (HP66-0502) was collided with a hill alongside the road and nobody was present there and he informed to Police. Police came on the spot and checked said truck and found 60 Logs (sleeper) of Devdar and no document were found in the truck. HC Anil Kumar I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

165 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 14,700 /- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
