CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 03/04/16  U/S  279, 304(A), 201  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the complaint of Sh.  Pune Ram S/O Sh.  Sangat Ram R/O  Shalanala  Sub-  Tehsil Aut  that  on 03/04/16  he  alongwith  Madan Gopal  &  Puran Chand  were   going  to home  and when they reached near  Pawan Chakki  in the mean time  a Bus(CH-01TA-4032)  came  from Aut  side towards    Mandi  very  rashly and  hit   a Motor Cycle (HP76-1392)   which was coming  from opposite side  as a result  rider Sh.  Ramesh  S/O Sh.  Shesh Ram  R/O    Garman PO  Shilh Badhani  Tehsil Padhar Dist. Mandi (HP) aged 29  years old died on the   spot whereas  pillion  rider  Sh. Gurdyal S/O Sh. Ishru Ram  R/O  Mashna PO  Bhuti Tehsil  Kullu  (HP)  aged 24 years old declared brought  dead by the MO of CHC  Nagwain.    SI  Prittam  Singh    I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF  KIDNAPPING

2          Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 03/04/16  U/S 363  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of  a person   R/O  Dhara  Seri   PO  Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing  since   31/03/2016  and he  suspect that  Gian Chand  S/O Sh. Lacchnu Ram R/O  Majhash PO  Karsog District Mandi (HP) kidnapped   his  daughter.   ASI  Mohan Joshi  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  HURT

3          Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 03/04/16  U/S 341,  323, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the   complaint of   Sh.  Savitri W/O  Late. Sh.  Nand  Lal  R/O  Lunapani Tehsil Balh   District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/04/16  she  was  working  alongwith  her son namely  Vinay  Kumar, in the mean time  Tek Chand  &  Moti  Lal  came there and obstructed   their way  and  beat   them up . ASI   Lakshmi Chand  I.O.   of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 03/04/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered  in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Bansi  Lal  S/O Sh.  Dhani Ram  R/O  Bhangrotu  Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 03/04/16  he was crossing the road   near Bhangrotu, in the mean time a Car (HP29A-4429)   which was driven by  Yudhisthir  S/O Sh. Dhani  Ram  R/O  Pipli Tehsil  Jogindernagar  District Mandi (HP) very rashly & negligently,  hit him  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Dharmender No. 77  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT , MISCHIEF  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 5         Case  FIR No. 61/16  dated 04/04/16  U/S  379, 427 , 447, 448. 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint  of   Miss  Punni Devi  D/O Sh.  Masaddu  R/O  Syuri Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP)  received through   Ld- Court  U/S  156(3)  Cr. P.C.  that  Rikhi   Ram &  Dogri Ram  resident of   the same locality  entered   in her  land  and stole  away  the wheat   crop from  her land . HC  Hoshiyar Singh  No. 873 I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is  investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.  138  Vehicles were  challaned   under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 21,900 /- was recovered  and  6 challans  were  issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
