CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No.  28/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ankit Choudhary S/O  Late. Sh. Vijay  Choudhary R/O  Balabehar  PO  Dhalpur  Tehsil  Kullu (HP) that   he along with  his family member  were going by his car(HP34C-1446) , in the mean  time  a  vehicle (HP73-1749)  which  was driven by Janesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tilak Raj  R/O Vill  Banota PO Chanehar Tehsil  Chamba (HP)  came  rashly  and negligently   and hit his  car as a result  he     his wife &  brother-in-law  sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S 451,  323, 504, 34  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Umesh@ Tinkhi S/O Sh. Bir Singh  R/O  Ratanpura PO  Behat  District  Saharanpur (UP)  that  he  is residing  in private  quarter  at place  Bagsaid . On 18/04/16  his brother   came  along with  Kundan  Lal  resident of  same locality   entered in his  courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Krishan Pal  No. 13  I.O. of P.S Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gulshan S/O Sh. Bhikam Ram R/O  Ghanyari PO  Gohar  Tehsil  Chachiot  District   Mandi(HP) that  on 19/04/16  he was  going  to  Noun by  Motor Cycle(HP32R-2831)   which was ridden by  Yog Raj  and when they reached near  Noun  in the mean time  ridder of said Motor Cycle  lost  control  on the  Motor Cycle  due   rash  and negligent ridding and  fell downwards  from the road  and  both occupants  sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 353, 332, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Netar Singh S/O Sh. Durga Singh  R/O  Batahar PO Baloh Tehsil  Kotli District Mandi (HP)     presently  working as a driver  in  HTRC  Bus  Depot  Kelong. On  19/04/16  he  was  duty  along with  Bus of HRTC   which was on its  route  from  Rekangpeo to Manali  and  when   said  bus   reached  near  Kelodhar , in the  mean time a Jeep  came from back side which was drive by  Girjanand  S/O Sh.  Bhawaninand   R/O  Khil  PO  Dharmour  Tehsil   Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  two other person also boarded said  Jeep, came out from said  Jeep  and  beat  him up and  they sustained injuries and  they also threaten   him with dire consequences.  HC  Tej Singh No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  HURT

5          Case  FIR No.  69/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 323, 325  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on  complaint of Sh.  Sanjay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Himal Singh  R/O  Bharyara PO  Chauntra  Tehsil    Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  his brother-in-law  namely  Ramesh   Chand S/O Sh.  HemRaj  R/O  Basahal PO  Chauntra Tehsil  Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP)  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Kuldeep Kumar  I/C PP  Ghatta is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6          Case FIR No. 116/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 452, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt. Upma Gupta W/O Sh. Parmod Gupta R/O  VPO  Rewalsar Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that on  on 19/04/16  at about  10 :45  PM  an unknown person entered   in her courtyard  and   beat  to her  son namely Ayush Kumar  and when she tried to escape   her son , in the mean time  he also beat her up and  she  sustain injuries.  ASI  Bodh Raj  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

7          Case FIR No. 115/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC  & U/S  177  M.V. Act has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of  Kundal  Lal  S/O Sh. Nag Ram  R/O  Darbathu PO  Lohara  Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi  (HP) that on 19/04/16   he was coming  to his home  from Sundernagar  by his Car(HP33D-0361) and when reached near Dadour  , in the mean time  a Scooter ridder (HP24-1301) came  rashly and negligently    and  hit his Car . HC   Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case..

8          Case FIR No. 98/16 dated  19/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh.  Satish Kumar R/O  Bhour PO  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/1 he was present in his workshop at  Bhour,   a  child  came by his Cycle from Kanaid  side, in the mean time a Taxi (DL1YE-3053) came rashly from  Kanaid  side and  hit  the  said child  and he  sustained injuries.  HC  Harbans No. 68  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

9          Case FIR No. 99/16  dated 19/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  Insp.  Ranjeet Singh   Incharge CIA   Mandi  that on 19/04/16   he was   on  patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Harabag and during the patrolling he  recovered  60 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of Sanju S/O Kali Dass R/O Sarouni P/O Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP).  Insp. Ranjeet Singh  I/C  CIA  Mandi  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10        Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 19/04/16  U/s 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by   Insp. Ranjeet Singh    I/C   CIA  Mandi (HP) that  on  19/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with  other police officials   and during the course of patrolling he   recovered  12 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the  possession of  Dalip Chand S/O Sh Kali Ram R/O Sarouni P/O Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar District  Mandi (HP).  Insp.  Ranjeet Singh  I/C  CIA  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT 

11        Case FIR No. 101/16 dated 19/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by    SHO  Sakshi Verma , IPS  (Prob)  that  on 19/04/16  she was on  patrolling alongwith other  police officials at  Halel and during the course of patrolling  she  recovered  79 Bottles  of English Wine from the possession of  Mahendra Kumar  Gupta S/O Sh. Rattan Lal Gupta R/O  Kummi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi presently  owner  of   Bhojnalya at Halel .   Sakshi Verma,  IPS (Prob) / SHO of Police Station Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

12       Case FIR  No.  35/16 dated  19/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Singh S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O  Fugnidhar PO  Kufri  Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP)   presently  working as a driver   with  HRTC  Kullu Depot . On  19/04/16  he  was on duty  alongwith   Bus (HP34A-5405)  which was on its route  Kullu to Raila and when they reached   Nagwain, in the mean time  a Car(HP49A-0198)   which was driven by  Devender Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhag Singh  R/O  Alwah PO  Gadagusahani came rashly  and negligently  and hit  his bus as a result  a lady who was boarded on said   bus sustained injuries.  Insp.  Lokender Singh  Negi  SHO  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSCENE ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

13        Case  FIR No. 108/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 294, 504, 506 , 34  IPC  has been   registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O  Gheru   Balh  PO  Tarnoh Tehsil Kotli District  Mandi (HP) that  an unknown person  called him from Mobile No.( 98173-10859)  and abused  him  and  also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

14        Case FIR No.  110/16 dated  20/04/16  U/S 325, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Tej Singh  S/O Sh. Narayan Singh  VPO  Bhargoan that on  15/04/16  Anita and  Santosh   Kumar resident of same locality  beat up  his  son  Gopal Singh  and when she tried to  escape  him, in the mean time   they also beat her up .  HC  Amrit  Lal  No. 413  I.O. P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

15        Case FIR No. 109/16 dated 20/04/16  U/S 498(A) , 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Anita Devi W/O Sh. Gopal Singh  VPO  Bhargoan Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that   she was married with  Gopal . But after some time of marriage her husband,  Gopal,  Mother-in-law  Krishna Devi &  Father-in-law  Tej Singh  started to  harass her physically and mentally  by demanding  dowry  and  they also threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI Ashok Kumar  I/C P.P.  Kotli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

16.  316 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 56,800/- was recovered and 38 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 38 00 /- was recovered and 3 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 6050  /-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
