CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH  DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1       Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 16/04/16  U/S 279,337 , 304(A) IPC has been registered  in P.S. Padhar  by  HC Karan No. 24 I.O.  P.P. Kamand that   on  receiving a telephonic  information  he rushed to   the  spot  at   Katindi  and  found that a  Swaraj Mazda (HP66-1442)  met with an accident  due to rash and negligent driving of Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Dugla Ram R/O Karnehar PO Galmah Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi HP and  two  person namely Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Madhau Rao R/O  Sirsma PO  Vishanpur  District Gumla ( Jharkhand) aged 27 years old  &  Suma Jojo S/O Sh.  Sanika Jojo  R/O  Sarotoli PO  Bari bring  Tehsil  Baribring  District  Haruf ( Jharkhand)  aged 38 years old   died  on the spot  who were  also  boarded on said  Tipper .  HC Karan Singh  No. 24  I.O. P.P. Kamand  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

2       Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by ASI Ram  Lal  I/C  P.P. City  that today he  laid a nakka along with other police officials  at  Suki  Bain  and  during the  course of  checking of  Private Bus(HP68-7585)  he recovered  750  Gram  Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Ravinder@ Bhalu S/O Sh. Ramesh Singh  R/O  Agwanpur Tehsil Gannour District  Sonipat (HR) aged 21 years old . Accused has been arrested and further investigating  is being carried out by  ASI  Ram Lal I.O.  P.P. City . 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

3        Case FIR No.  29/16 dated 16/04/16  U/S 363,  366 , 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Pal Singh  S/O Sh. Parmanand  R/O  Seri PO  Thachi District Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing  since  15/04/16   and he   suspect that  Bhupi S/O Sh.  Chet Ram  R/O  Kotla  District Mandi kidnapped his daughter .  ASI Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case  FIR No. 30/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 279,337  IPC& 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Chaman  Singh  S/O Sh. Bhisham Singh  R/O  Takoli PO Nagwain Tehsil  Aut  District  Mandi (HP)  that today  he was  present near his shop  at  Takoli , in the mean time a Car(HP28-7426)  came rashly from  Mandi towards Kullu  and hit  a unknown  lady  and sped away from the spot .  HC  Anil  Kumar  No. 33  I.O.  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 108/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 451,  323, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Meena Devi  W/O  Late. Sh.  Inderdev  R/O  Serla Bhabu PO  Thina Galu Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP)    that  on 16/04/16  Shiv Ram &  Kuldeep   both are the resident of   same  locality, entered  in her  courtyard  and  beat her up and   they  also threatened her  with dire consequences.  ASI  Bodh Raj  I/C  P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  MOLESTATION

6        Case FIR No.  57/16 dated  16/04/16  U/S  354,  354(D)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the   written complaint of  a   person VPO  Basantpur  Tehsil  Sunni District  Shimla that  his  sister  working as a receptionist  in   Hotel  Hot Spring at  Tattapani   and  Ghanshyam S/O Sh.  Devi Ram  R/O  Barora PO  Kunnu Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi  who is storekeeper in  same hotel, tried to outrage  her modesty.  ASI  Sahiv  Singh  I/C  PAR Tattapani is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

7        Case FIR No. 58/16 dated 16/04/16  U/S 279,  337, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Dalip  Kumar  S/O Sh. Hukkam Chand VPO Reyog Tehsil Sunni District Shimla that  on 16/04/16  he  along with  Dev Parkash , Foj Ram,  Muni  Lal, Bimla Devi  Kushyala Devi, Banshika were  going  by  Jeep (HP63B-1570)  which was driven by  Pawan Kumar  S/O Sh.  Chavinder  Kumar  VPO  Reyog District Shimla (HP)  and when they reached  near  Govt.  Middle School  Bajrel , in the mean time  driver of said Jeep  lost the control on  vehicle and  Jeep  fell downward from the road. In this  accident  Foj Ram  S/O Sh.  Bodh Ram  declared  brought dead by M.O.  Govt. Hospital Sunni and  all  others  sustained injuries .  ASI  Sahib Singh I/C  P.P. Tattapani is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  244 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.33,600/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered  and  1 challan  was  issued  Mining Act and fine  of Rs. 4500/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
