CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 111/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh that on 21/04/16 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Saula and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 300 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Deepak Minhas S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Rajgeer PO Bhograwn Tehsil Indora District Kangra (HP) aged 21 years old . HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No.112/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by Insp. Ranjeet Singh Incharge C.I.A. Mandi that on 21/04/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dudar and during patrolling he recovered 32 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Yoginder Singh VPO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distrct Mandi (HP) . Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C of C.I.A. Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3 Case FIR No. 31/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Vinod Thakur that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tikkar and during the patrolling he found that field possessed by Karan Singh S/O Sh. Dagi Ram R/O Tikkar PO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) cultivated 2000 Opium plants illegally in his field . SI Vinod Thakur SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
4 Case FIR No. 68/16 dated 22/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 498 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmala Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that she was married with Pawan Kumar during the year 2015 . But soon after some time of marriage her husband started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry . HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 117/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nageshwar Thakur S/O Sh. Thakur R/O Padharu PO Baggi District Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/16 at about 8:30 AM when he was going to his field along with his son namely Prem Singh, in the meant time Smt. Mamta & Chetan resident of same locality obstructed their way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION AND HURT
6 Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 22/04/16 U/S 354, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a lady R/O Baggi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/16 at about 8:45 AM she was present in her courtyard, in the mean time Nageshwar Singh came along with his son namely Prem Singh by their car and broke the poles installed by her in her field and when she asked the reason , in the mean time Prem Singh tried to outrage her modesty and she sustained injuries . ASI Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 21/04/16 U/S 341, 323 , 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Kulwant Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Kot P.O. Tihara , Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 21/04/16 he was going to Panchayat Samiti office, in the mean time Dhyan Singh Secretary Gram Panchyat Dhalara obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Vinod Thakur SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

8 261 Vehicles were challaned under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 32,700/- was recovered and 14 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
