CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 111/16 dated 18/04/16  U/S 341,  323, 506, 427 , 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal  S/O Sh. Roop   Lal  R/O  VPO  Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 18/04/16  he  was  coming  from  Badsu along with his family  by  Maruti (HP 31A-6173)  and  when they reached near Badsu  School, in the  mean time  Jassu  Naryal came  along with   an unknown  person , obstructed  their way  and  they also broke the wiper of  said  car  and  threatened  them   with dire consequences.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case

2          Case FIR No. 112/16 dated  18/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Lokender     Singh  S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram  R/O   Village  VPO  Badsu Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on  18/04/16  unknown person came by  a Maruti Van (HP33A-6173)  and  obstructed  his  way and beat him up.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF EXCISE ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 109/16  dated 17/04/16  U/S 39  HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. by Insp.  Sanjeev Sood  SHO  P.S. Balh that on 17/04/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police  officials at  Balt and  during the patrolling  he recovered  2 Liters illicit  liquor from  the  possession of  Pooja Devi W/O Sh. Roop  Chand  R/O Balt Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP). Insp.  Sanjeev Sood    SHO of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 110/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Balh  by ASI  Rajender Thakur that on 17/04/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Rigad and  during  the  course  of patrolling  he  recovered 1500  ML of  Country Liquor  from the  possession of  Hans Raj  S/O Sh. Ramesh  Kumar  R/O  Rigad  PO  Rajgarh  District Mandi (HP).  ASI  Rajender  Thakur  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating   the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5          Case FIR No. 31/16 dated  18/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  on the complaint of Sh. Mohammad  Shahab S/O Sh. Shafiq Khan R/O  Jagat Sukh  Tehsil  Manali  District Kullu(HP) that  on 18/04/16  he  alongwith   Jahin , Jameena  ,  Ramsha  &  Arif  were coming  from  Delhi to  Jagat Sukh  by his Car(HP58A- 1622)   and when they reached near Jhiri , in the mean time   a Innova Car (RJ14UC-4013)   came rashly and negligently from Kullu side and  hit his  Car and  all the person  who were boarded in his  car sustained injuries.  Insp. Lokender  Singh  Negi   SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

 

6          Case FIR No. 96/16  dated 17/04/16  U/S 381 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raju  Gupta S/O Sh. Rattan Lal  Gupta R/O  VPO  Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that  he is the owner of   Bhojnalya at Halel . On 17/04/16  his  own staff  member  namely  Rahual   R/O  Rampur  & Vicky    stole away   his  Motor Cycle  ( HP52A-9622)  along with Rs, 28000/-  from his  shop and ran away from the  spot.  HC Bhal Singh  No. 542  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case

 

CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

7          Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 17/04/16   U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Krishan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 17/04/16   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Khilra and  during the patrolling he recovered  3000 ML  Country  Liquor  & 1500  ML  English Wine from the possession of  Smt.  Sarswati Devi  W/O Sh. Besar Ram  R/O  Khilra PO  Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Krisahn Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR  No. 106/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Amarnath R/O House No.  13/08 Lower  Samkhetar Mandi  that on 17/04/16   he  was taking his  meals  at Hotel Highway , in the mean time  Manager of said hotel  namely Sita Ram obstructed his  way,   beat him up  and   also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC  Ram  Singh  No. 66  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9          Case FIR No. 105/16 dated 17/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hemant Saini S/O Sh. Mukesh Saini R/O  House No.  319/5  Sain Mohalla (HP) that  on 17/04/16  he was present in his shop at  Saulikhad, in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP33D-5199)  came rashly and negligently   from Pandoh side  and  met with an accident .  In this accident ridder  along with pillion rider  sustained injuries.  SI  Jai Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

10          128  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 23,200/- was recovered and 19  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
