CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 54/16 dated 12/04/16 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 of MV Act has been registered in  PS Karsog, on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Nikka Ram Village Bhayal, PO & Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 12/04/16 at about 7:30 PM he was present at his shop at Bhayal in the mean time a Scooty came from Mumail side towards Kao side and  hit Smt. Krishana Devi and she sustained injuries. Rider of said scooty ran away from the spot. ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 13/04/2016 U/S 341,323,504,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar, on the complaint of Sh. Vikender Singh S/O Sh. Jalam Singh R/O Dughali, PO Simas, Tehsil Lad-Bharol, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 12/04/16 at about 09:30PM he was going to his home along with sudhir by his motorcycle and when they reached at Barad in the mean time  Sanjeev Kumar@Sanju S/O Sh. Janak Singh,   Satish S/O Sh.  Joginder Singh & Mukesh S/O Sh. Dan Singh came on a Vehicle and obstructed their way  and beat up to Sudhir and he sustained injuries. They also broke Sudhir's Mobile of Intex company.  HC Anil Kumar I/O PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

3.      Case FIR  No. 91/16 dated 12/04/16 U/S 20 and 29  of ND&PS Act has been registered by HC Tek Chand I/O PS Sundernagar, that on  12/04/16 at 06:30PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Pungh Barrier and during the course of Nakabandi he searched out a car  (HP32-B-2657) which was coming from Sundernagar side towards Slapper side and recovered 242gram Cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Ganesh Kumar S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O Bali Dhar PO Shilhi Bagi Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi and another person namely Inder Singh S/O Sh. Tek Singh R/O Vill. Ropari PO Shilhi Bagi, Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi (HP) HC Tek Chand I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

4.      Case FIR No. 35/16 dated 12/04/16 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur, on the complaint of a person R/O Village Banwar Kalan, PO and Sub Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi that on 12/04/16 Praveen Kumar@ Vinu S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Giun, Tehsil Dharampur, Distt. Mandi kidnapped his daughter aged 19 years old with the intention to marry with her. ASI Manohar Lal I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 61/16 dated 12/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by Insp. Ranjeet Singh Incharge CIA that on 12/04/16 at 2:30PM he was on patrolling along with other polilce officials at Chiuni and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1,11000ML Country liquor from the possession of Ved Prakash S/O Sh. Karam Singh Village. Chet, PO Chiuni, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C CIA is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 12/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by Insp. Ranjeet Singh Incharge CIA that on 12/04/16 at 5:15PM he was on patrolling along with other polilce officials at Jarol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 30180ML Country Liquor  and 18,000ML Beer and 3420ML English wine from the possession of  Om Prakash  S/O Sh. Shiv Ram Village Haleen, PO Jarol, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C CIA is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

7.      275 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26,500 /- was recovered and 33Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3400/- was recovered and 4 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
