CRIME REPORT ON 12 APRIL


CASE OF CHEATING

1.      Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 11/04/2016 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand S/O Sh. Bhalkhu Ram Village Lukanoo, PO Khalardoo, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/2016 some unknown culprit dishonestly withdrawal  Rs. 49650/- from  his Account No. 0867000404010211 of PNB. ASI Rajesh Kumar  I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 11/04/16  U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog, on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Bhim Singh Village Chowk, PO Maha Dev, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 11/04/16  at 8.00PM he was present at Nalwar Mela ground Mumel in the mean time Aman Kant and three other persons came there and obstructed his way and beat him up, they also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Mohan Joshi I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 11/04/16 U/S 325 IPC  has been registered in PS Gohar, on the complaint of Smt. Rukkmani Devi W/O Sh. Devlu Ram Village Batehra, P.O Moviseri, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 09/04/16 at about 8:00 AM her husband Devlu Ram beat her up  and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 11/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by Insp. Amar Singh that on 11/04/16 at about 05:30PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sukabag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 60 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/O  Lt Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Vill. Passal PO Chountra, Tehsil  Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi (HP). Insp. Amar Singh SHO PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5.      245    Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27,200/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
