CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 06/04/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pugharat Mandi and during nakka he recovered 180 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Arun Kumar S/O Sh. Luddar Singh R/O Vill. Banali PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi.

2.Case FIR No. 98/16 dated 06/04/2016 U/S 341,323,325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhadur singh S/O Sh. Tohaliya Ram VPO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/04/2016 he was going to his home and when reached at village Devdhar,  Raj Kumar and Bunty obstructed his way and beat him  and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, THEFT, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 341,382,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Sankar Dass R/O Vill. Kuthad PO Beena Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/04/2016  Khub Singh and his friend obstructed his way and snatched sum of Rs. 31,000/- from his possession and also beat him up.  HC Raj Kumar No. 27  I.O. of P.S. Balh is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND RIOTING

4. Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 341,323,147 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Aditya Sood S/O Sh. Narender Sood R/O H. No. 134 Aaraya Samaj Gali Akhara Bazaar Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 06/04/2016 he was going to Delhi by a Volvo Bus and after taking dinner at Viahal Dhaba at Dadaur, employees of said Dhaba obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.

5.  Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 07/04/2015 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rool Pal S/O Sh. Bangalu Ram R/O Vill. Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Uttam Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 99/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill. Badhuan PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/2016 Kishori Lal and his son entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Rajender Thakur is investigating the case.

7.Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Kaku R/O Vill. Badhaun PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/2016 Manorma obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND &  HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 49/16 dated 06/04/2016 U/S 498A,506,34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written  complaint of Smt. Annu Thakur D/O Sh. Neeka Ram R/O Vill. Kandha PO Balindhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that her marriage was solemnized with Sunny S/O Sh. Bhim Chand R/O Vill. Sanarli during the year 17/02/2015. After one year of her marriage her husband Sunny, her brother-in-law (Jeth) Vinod and Mother-in-law Sumitra demanding dowry from her and they also threatening to her. SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF UNNATURAL SEX

9.Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 377 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Seema Devi W/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O of village Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/2016 Luddar Singh S/O Sh. Rothal Ram resident of the same locality entered in her cowshed and committed unnatural sex with her pet cow. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RAPE

10.Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 07/04/2016 U/S 376,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of Pingla areas Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Suresh Kumar @ Bhagirath raped her and also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

11. Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 06/04/2016 U/S 354A IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of a lady resident of Sandhole areas that on 06/04/2016 Bidhi Chand R/O Bazir Chowk tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Chiranji Lal I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

12. 314 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 38,500/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 32,900/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
