CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.       Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 08/04/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Salag and during patrolling he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Late Sh. Kali Dass R/O Vill. Badiyad PO Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ramesh Kumar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.   Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 08/04/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Miss Babli  Sh. Dan Singh D/O Sh. Dan Singh R/O Padain PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/2016 she was going along with her mother to to market Jogindernagar by a bus of HRTC (HP53-1730) and when reached near Sarli bridge, driver of said buss applied the break of the bus at once powerfully and her mother fell down from  the buss and she sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.       Case FIR No. 87/16 dated 09/04/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Vam Dev R/O Nahog PO & Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/2016 two unknown persons obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

4.       238  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 24,300/- was recovered,  20 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1900/- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16,300 was recovered during last 24 hours.
