CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 73/16 dated 24/04/16  U/S 20  of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  SI  Kuldeep Kumar  Incharge Police Post Ghatta that on 24/04/16  he  was on patrolling  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  45  Gram Charas  ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Prabhat Singh  S/O Sh. Sohan  R/O  Passal PO  Chauntra Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) .  SI  Kuldeep  Kumar  I/C  P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT   ACT  

2          Case FIR No. 69/16 dated 25/04/16  U/S 279, 337,304 (A)  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Labh  Singh  S/O Sh. Budhi Singh  R/O  Chathinal PO  Chhatri Tehsil Thunag  District  Mandi (HP) that  on  24/04/16  he  was  travelling by   Jeep  (A/F)  from  Rumni towards  Chathinal which was  driven by  Maheshwar  R/O Ruchhad  P.O.  Chattri  Tehsil  Thunag   District  Mandi (HP)  and  when  they reached near  Magrugala, in the meant time   driver of  said Jeep lost  control on said  vehicle  due to  rash and negligent  driving and fell down at about  20-25  feet downwards from the road  and   one  lady namely   Tikma  Devi W/O  Sh.  Maheshwar R/O Ruchhad  PO Chattri  Tehsil  Thunag  Distict  Mandi (HP) aged  35 years old   died on the spot and other  occupants (at about  25-26)  who were boarded on the  said  goods carrier Jeep  sustained  injuries. ASI Surender Kumar I.O. PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CAE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case   FIR No. 112/16  dated  25/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  Sarkghat on the complaint of Sh.  Roshan  Lal  Rana S/O Sh.  Jai  Singh  R/O Sh.  Kuther PO  Brarta Tehsil  Sarkaghat  District  Mandi  (HP)  that on  24/04/16   Amit Kumar  S/O Sh. Sunder Singh  came along with  his  wife  Kusam R/O  Kuther PO  Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP), obstructed his way and beat him up along with his daughter  Kanchan .  ASI Trilok Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 4         Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 25/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on  the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar  S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O  Lakrehar PO  Roprikalehru Tehsil Ladbharol Distict  Mandi (HP)   that on  24/04/16  at about  8:10  PM  a Jeep (HP01M-3968)  which was  driven  by  Om Parkash S/O Sh.  Prakram VPO  Ropri Kaleharu   District Mandi  (HP) came rashly  and  negligently    and  fell  down  at about 500 Meter  downwards from the road  at  Lakrehar and   all the   occupants  namely  Sharda Devi, Arjun Kumar ,  Anu  Devi   sustained injures in this mishap.  HC Mangat Ram  I.O. of PP  Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

  CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  AND  MISCHIEF

5          Case FIR No.  46/16 dated  25/04/16  U/S 452, 323, 506, 427, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Arush Kumar S/O Sh. Brij  Bhushan  R.O  Jai  Devi  Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on  24/04/16  at about  8:15  PM    three person namely  Tej Singh , Vipin Kumar  &  Ramesh Kumar  all the resident of  Dhar  PO  Jai  Devi   Tehsil Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP)  entered in  his  courtyard  and   beat him up and  he  sustained injuries.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879  I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony Sunder is investigating the case .

6             105  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 12,700/- was recovered and 3   Challans were   issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300 /- was during last 24 hours.
