CRIME REPORT 10 APRIL

                                                 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 52/16 dated 09/04/16  U/S 18 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by   ASI  Swaroop  Ram  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog  that on 09/04/16  he  was patrolling along with other police officials at  Chekhwa and  during the patrolling  he found that  field possessed  by Ramesh S/O Puran Chand Village Chekhwa PO Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP)  cultivated  190  poppy plants illegally  in  his field. ASI Swaroop Ram I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 88/16 dated 10/04/16 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has  been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by  HC  Tek Chand  No.  03  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on  10/04/16  he laid a nakka  along with other police officials at   Pungh and during  the  checking of     Bus( HR58A-9385) he  recovered  47 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of  Surjeet Singh   S/O  Late. Sh. Mahender Singh  R/O  Chajali  PO  Saman District  Sangrur (PB)   aged  36 years old . Accused  has been  arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Tek Chand No. 03  I.O.  P.S. Sundernagar .

CASE OF NDPS ACT

 3         Case  FIR No. 89/16  dated 10/04/16  U/S   20 of NDPS Act has  been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  ASI  Sarwan Kumar   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that  today he laid a nakka  along with other police officials  at  Pungh and during the   checking of  Bus(PB12N-0741) he recovered  96  Gram Charas ( Cannabis ) from the possession of  Daksh S/O  Late. Sh.  Sunil  Dutt  Sharma  House   No.  RZH 3/53  Flat  No-1  Bangah Colony   Mahabir Enclave  Palam  ( New Delhi) South  aged 25  years old . Accused has  been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Sarwan  Kumar I.O. of.  P.S. Sundernagar.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No. 99/16 dated 08/04/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S.  Sadar  that  on 08/04/16  he laid a nakka along with other police officials  at   NH-21  near  paddal  and during  the course of nakkabandi  he recovered  110 Gram  Charas ( Canabis) from the possession of Rajender Kumar S/O Jia Lal R/O Gunehad  Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra aged 18 years  old .  Accused has been  arrested and further investigation  is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal  I.O. P.S.  Sadar.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

5          Case FIR  No.  98/1 6 dated 09/04/16   U/S 354  IPC has  been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of a lady   R/O  Baldwara  Tehsil  Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) received through  Ld- Court Sarkaghat U/S 156(3)  Cr.p.c.  that  on 03/04/16   Amarnath S/O Sh.  Biniya Ram  VPO  Baldwara    Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) tried to outrage her modesty .  SI  Ashwani Kumar  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND   CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 99/16 dated 09/04/16  U/S 447, 504, 506,  379 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Ranjeet Singh  S/O Sh. Devu Ram  R/O  Chamyar Bag  PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  received  through  Ld- Court  Sarkaghat  U/S  156(3)  Cr. p.c. that   Janku Ram  S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  resident of the same locality entered in his land  and axed the  trees ,  stole   away  and also threatened him with dire consequences.   HC  Kamalkant No. 860  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7         Case FIR No.  100/16 dated 09/04/16    U/S  451, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Pinki Devi W/O Sh. Panchi  Ram  R/O  Baddi  PO  Baltalda Tehsil  Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 02/04/16  Kishori Lal  resident of same locality entered in his courtyard and  threatened  him with dire consequences.    SI  Ashwani  Kumar  I/C  PP Hatli  is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8          240  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 34,500  /- was recovered and 29 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2900/- was recovered and 3 Challans were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
