1 Case FIR No. 61/16 dated 26/04/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Rattni Devi W/O Sh. Sahaj Ram R/O Maghandi PO Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 26/04/16 when she was going to her fields , in the mean time Rinku S/O Sh. Nima Ram R/O Behali PO Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Tej Ram No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ) ACT
2 Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 26/04/16 U/S 3 of SC& ST ( Prevention of Atrocities Act ) has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person R/O Soyra PO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 26/04/16 when he was cutting the crop of wheat in his fields, in the mean time Krishan Chand , Mahender Singh, Netar Singh & Jeet R/O Jajraut came along with 3-4 ladies , entered in his field and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences and they abused by caste . SI Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 120/16 dated 26/04/16 U/S 447, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh.Rattan Chand R/O Jajraut PO Balt Tehsil Balh (HP) that on 26/04/16 he along with his family member were cutting the crop in his field , in the mean time Het Ram and his family member entered in his field and threatened them with dire consequences. 4 Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 25/04/16 U/S 354(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a person R/O House No. 60/4 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/16 Arjun entered in his showroom at Bhojpur Bazar and tried to outrage the modesty of a lady who is working as a saleswoman in his showroom . SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
5 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 25/04/16 U/S 279, 337 , 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pradhan Singh S/O Sh. Mone Ram R/O Passal PO Balh-Kwar Tehsil Ladbhrol District Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/16 he was going by Van (HP01M-0597) which was driven by Govind Ram S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Daled PO Balh-Kwar District Mandi (HP) aged 40 years old and when they reached near Passal mod , in the mean time driver of said vehicle lost control on said Van and fell down about 250 Mtr. downwards from the road as result said driver died on the spot and he sustained injuries. ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER
6 Case FIR No. 116/16 dated 25/04/16 U/S 302, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kiran Bala W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Brehmin R/O Band Ropa PO Thouna Sarkaghat Distict Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/16 at about 8:15 PM her neighbourer Krishan Dev was abusing to his Brother Rakesh & Uncle Padam Dev . On hearing the noise Rakesh & Padam came out from his home and Krishan Dev started to beat both of them , in the mean time Smt. Tripta Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Pal R/O Bandropa PO Thouna Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) aged 28 years old also came there and tried to escape them and said Krishan Dev also beat her up as a result she sustained injuries and she rushed to C.H. Sarkaghat where MO of C.h. sarkaghat declared her brought dead. SI Karanjeet Singh SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Jasvir Singh R/O Bada Samahal PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that Sanjay Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8 Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 25/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by Insp. Ranjit Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Plassi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Ransal PO Narola Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP). Insp. Ranjit Singh Incharge CIA Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
9 Case FIR No. 115/16 dated 25/04/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act in P.S. Sarkaghat by Insp. Ranjit Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Barian and during the course of patrolling he recovered 22 Bottles of English Wine from from the possession of Yashwant Singh S/O Sh. Sandhota Ram P.O Barian Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) . Insp. Ranjit Singh Incharge of CIA Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
10 Case FIR No. 117/16 Dated 26/04/16 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Gharwasra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/16 Chaman Lal beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
241 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,000/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
