CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND MISCHIEF

1          Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 14/04/16  U/S  279, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj  Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Nanak Chand  VPO Nawahi Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on  13/04/16  he  parked his  car near  his Clinic  and about 11 PM his  neighbor  informed  him  that  unknown vehicle hit  his car  due to which  said car  engulfed to  fire due to short  circuit .  ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.    

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 2           Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 14/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Gopi Chand  R/O  Gharwasra PO  Balhera Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 13/04/16  he was  coming to home  along with   Baldev  Singh  &  Suresh  Kumar , in the mean time  Suresh Kumar resident of the same locality obstructed  their  way and beat  him up and he   also  threatened  them with dire consequences.  SI  Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No.  55/16 dated 13/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in  P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of  ASI  Thakur Dass I/C of PP Pangna that  on 13/04/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at Pangna and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3375  ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Kahan   Chand S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O  Sui  PO  Pangna Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Thakur Dass  I/C  P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

 CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 63/16  dated 13/04/16  U/S 341,  323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh.  Hukkam  Chand  S/O Sh.  Ganga Ram R/O  Sungi PO  Chiuni Tehsil Thunag District  Mandi (HP) that on 11/04/16  he was     going to  Gudah and when reached   near Gudah,  in the  mean time  Jhabe Ram resident of the same locality   obstructed his way and beat him up .  HC Sarwan  Kumar   No. 917  I.O.  PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 13/04/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.  Gohar  by  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Gohar that  on 13/04/16 he was on patrolling  along with  other police officials  at  Janjehli   and during the  course of patrolling he recovered  48  Bottles of  Country  Liquor  &  84 Bottles of  Beer   from the  possession of Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Uttam Singh Vill  Jharandi PO Janjehli   Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Ashok Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 42/16  Dated  13/04/16  U/S 283  IPC has  been registered in P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar  by HC Vinod Kumar  No. 883  I.O. of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   that  on  13/04/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  BBMB Hospital Chowk  Sundernagar   and during the patrolling   he   found  that  a rehri  was laid on the road by Gaj Raj S/O Dhakan Lal VPO Majhgaon Tehsil Ovla PS Basartgang District Bansbareli (UP)  presently  residing  in   House No.  125/7 Kharari PO Purana Bazar Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP)    which   was  causing  obstruction to  general  public as well as traffic.  HC  Vinod  Kumar  No. 883  I.O.  P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  is investigating  the case.

NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

7          Case FIR No. 101/16 dated  14/04/16  U/S 174 (A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  HC Ashok Kumar  No. 878  I/C of PO Hunt Cell   Mandi (HP) that  today  he  succeeded  to arrest     Nand Lal S/O Ghanshyam R/O Village Dangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)    from   Nerchowk who was   declared  Proclaimed  offender by  the  Ld.  Special  Judge  Mandi  of   Court No. -2  during  the year 2014. HC  Kamal  Singh  No. 79 I.O. of  P.S. Sadar Mandi  is  investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 14/04/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.   by HHC Bhagat Ram  No. 365  PP City  Mandi   that on receiving   a telephonic  information he   rushed  on the spot  at Khaliyar  and   found that  a Scotty (HP65T-5988)   met with an accident   due to rash riding   which was coming  from  Katoula  side .  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O.  PP   City Mandi  is  investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

 

9          Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 13/04/16  U/S  354(A),  341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  a lady  R/O   Balda PO Leda Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that  on 13/04/16   when she was working  near her home, in the mean time  Hem Singh  resident of  the same  locality   came there  and  tried to outrage her modesty.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

10         Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 13/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Balda PO  Leda  Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi  that on  13/04/16  Jaiwanti, Naresh Kumar &  Karam Singh resident of  the same locality,  obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Shamsher  Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.     314 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 46,900/- was recovered  and  13challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered   and 13   challan were  issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs.  37,200/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
