CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 01/4/16 U/S  20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by  HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi that on  01/04/2016 he laid a nakka along with other police officials  near Pulgharat and during nakka   he recovered 200 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Honi Kumar S/O Sh.  Brij Mohan R/O  6/72 Street No. 4 Block No. 1 Dev Nagar Karol Bag Central New Delhi who was coming on foot from Pulghart side towards Ramnagar Mandi. Accuse has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by   HC Inder Singh   No. 7 I/O of P.P. City Mandi.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTIGN WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 02/04/2016 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Nitin Sharma S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O H. No. 304/12 Ramnagar Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/04/2016 at Ramnagar Mandi Golu S/O Sh. Satish obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE   OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 02/04/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Aut on the  complaint of Sh. Gehru Ram  S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O  Mannu PO  Poura Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 01/04/16  he  alongwith  Kishori Lal  loaded   executor machine on    Truck (HP69-1605)  which was  driven by  Brij Lal  and when they reached near  Rainsnala, in the  meant  time    said  driver lost the control on his vehicle and   it  rolled  down from the road   and  executor machine   fell down in the Beas river. He  alongwith  Kishori  Lal sustained injuries .  HC  Anil  Kumar  No. 33  I.O. of   P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

   CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2. Case  FIR No. 82/16  dated 01/04/16  U./S 289  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sunderangar on  the complaint of Smt. Jyoti Jambal W/O Sh.  Sandeep  Kumar  R/O  Bharoh PO  Chatrokhari  Tehsil Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP) that  on 31/03/16 she was  on her way , in the mean time  pet  dog of  Sudeep  Jamwal  came there,bit her and she sustained injuries.  SI  Manmohan  Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case  FIR No.  83/16 dated  02/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Sunderangar  by  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C PP Dehar   that  today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baroti   and during the patrolling  he recovered 3000 ML  Country  Liquor  &  1312.5  ML   English   Wine  from the possession of   Rattan Lal S/O Chuhru Ram  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi.  ASI   Brij Lal   I/C of  PP Dehar is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION 

2. Case FIR No. 91/16 dated 01/04/16   U/S 341,  323 , 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaght on the complaint of Sh. Roshan  S/O Sh.  Punu Ram  R/O  Navani PO  Thrifallghat Tehsil Baldwara District  Mandi (HP) that  on 31/03/16  Sh.  Brij Lal  obstructed his way and beat him up .  HC Prem Lal  I.O. of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

     CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 01/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  SI  Ashwani  Kumar  I/C PP Hatli  that on 01/04/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Smaila and  during  patrolling he recovered  3 Bottles of  English wine  from the possession of  Madan  Lal  S/O Sh.  Khazana Ram R/O  Smaila  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP).  SI Ashwani Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

   CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

4. Case FIR No. 91/16 dated 01/04/2016 U/S 336,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh District Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Bhotu Ram R/O Singri Dugri Dungri, District Bitia, Bihar that on 01/04/2016 he was unloading the iron bars from a truck and keeping these irons bars inside the store of Namdhari Udyog Nerchowk along with his fellow labourers. In the mean time an iron Bar fell on  Raju Ram S/O Sh. Surender R/O Pakuliya PO Simra Tehsil & District Bitiya, Biar aged 19 years old declared brought dead by the M.O. of CHC Ratti and Munna Uram S/O Sh. Lalu Uram R/O Sanwarn PO Serwa Tehsil Masjidwa Distt. Bitiya Bihar aged 25 years old sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

   CASE OF HURT

5. Case FIR No. 33/16 dated 01/04/2016 U/S 323,325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh.Prem Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Baral PO Baroti Sub Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP) that his son Jangi Ram and daughter-in-law Kanta Devi beat him up. And he sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.  

 CHALLANS

1. 194    Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs33,800/-  was recovered, 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600 /- was recovered  and  2 challans  were  issued under  Mining Act and fine  of Rs. 14,200/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
